This being so close to Disney I had a feeling it was run by muppets, overweight dead beats that can’t be bothered to take orders or smile, locking the doors early and telling us the milkshake blender doesn’t work.Baskin robins / Dunkin needs to pay attention to these reviews before these little over weight nerds kill off the brand.

Went this morning to buy the drink that is in promo by tmobile and was treated like trash by The supervisor EVE *SHE asked me in the most rude attitude that i needed to order the drink in the app and to get off the window to do it so.... i told her u do not have the best attitude mam.. and she said don't do it in the window again i was not trying to order in the window was trying to redeem the offer and driving off she had Asked ME TO SPEAK ENGLISH IM LATINO IVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTFUL TO ANY ONE I DID ASK HER ARE YOU LOOKING AT YOUR SKIN COLOR ?DO U KNOW U ARE A PERSON WHO PEOPLE DISCRIMINATE A LOT U GOT NO RIGHT TO BE RASIST TO ME OR ANYONE SHE SAID DO WHT EVER I WANT I DID INFORM HER I WAS CALLING COOPORATE AND I DID **JUST FAIR WARNING IF U LATINO THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH SPECIALLY THE SUPERVISOR **AND NOP I WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL I HAD NO NEED I KUST NEEDED MY DRINK NO NEED TO ARGUE WITH ANYONE I HAD A GREAT DAY AT WORK SEEMS LIKE NOT HER CASE

I understand it's a double concept but it only carries 10-12 flavors which Baskin Robbins is known for the 31 flavors and of course the flavor I eat they didn't carry. Not a fan and wouldn't go back unless they get more flavors

Every time I go to this store( after 8:00) the doors are locked. The store shows they are open until 9:00. The web site shows 10:00. They told me to go to the drive up but then I have no idea what they have. I asked for Choc Chip and I was told they didn’t have it. That’s like saying they are out of Vanilla. I used to own a B &R and I can’t believe the owner is this bad and allows employees to simply lock the door when they wish. They also do not have a phone. Reading other reviews, it’s hard to imagine how they stay open

I am a local and have developed a love/hate relationship with this place. This is NOT a negative review, just a thorough one. Allow me to explain why.This is the closest location to where I currently live. As a result, we make frequent trips here looking for specific flavors we are fond of. More specifically Pistachio Almond and Jamoica Almond Fudge. As these are the flavors we get almost everytime, the pre packed QUARTS are convenient (you'll see why quarts is in caps in a minute). The special is 2 quarts for $12. Not a bad deal. However, they seemingly don't stock the pistachio flavor any longer and the other flavor it's hot or miss.Because of this, we would elect to pack fresh quarts with these flavors, which they have available for customers to buy in cups or cones or whatnot.This is where things get interesting...For the last, I don't know... Year, it seems.... each time we've gone in the store we've been told:They don't have the flavorsThey don't have quart containersThey don't have quart lidsThey aren't allowed to pack quartsEtc etcSo we usually leave unhappy. During our last visit, I asked if they had quart lids and containers since that's what we're always told they don't have and they can't serve us since they don't have it.There were three young ladies who were working that day, and the one I asked said yes they did. I said great, I'll take 4 quarts of ice cream. After going to the scoop area, I was told the price it would be for my ice cream, which seemed rather high. I asked about the special and was told they had to use pint containers. I looked at the container and remarked that it was a quart, not pint. After a little confusion, I went to the freezer, grabbed a pre packed quart, and asked one of them to simply place it inside the empty container.It fit like a glove.After realizing they were actually using quart containers, they were all more than happy to finish the order.As a side note, in the past I have tried calling this establishment and never can get through. I've even asked if they have a phone to which I've been told no, they do not. I asked these young ladies and they said, yes, they do indeed have a phone, but the other workers take it off the hook or disconnect it.These ladies renewed my faith in this particular location (as others have been less than sub-par) and I will continue to come here. But I've come to realize it depends ENTIRELY on who is working that day which determines the experience you have.To any management reading this, I believe this serves as a teachable opportunity for some of the workers that customer service and training matters.To any locals or vacationers, take note of everything above.To the ladies working that day, my family and I thank you, again. The ice cream is great and we'll be back in the future.

Went for 2 scoops Sundays. Asked for no nuts got nuts. Asked for chocolate mint ice cream got vanilla fudge whi h after many tries I gave up and said yes. The other was suppose Tobe vanilla ice cream and not sure what he got but did get his pineapple topping. Smh
Actually we got Dunkin Donuts and not Ice cream. Terribly disappointed. I ordered Hot Chocolate, it was basically unsweetened watered down chocolate. They had very little options for Donuts. I will say the staff was very friendly and did give us a coffee to replace the Cocoa.

Went in around 9:30 pm. This is a Baskin Robbins/Duncan Donuts all in one. I ordered a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae. After the guy behind the counter scoops the 3 scoops he said they did not have any hot fudge and ask if coco late sauce was ok. It's like why did you not tell me that before you scooped the ice cream. Ok fine with the chocolate sauce but that's not what I wanted. So then I wanted to try a sample of a new Halloween flavor. Dude says sorry we do do samples. Really the only Baskin Robins on Earth that does not gene samples. I told him I just ordered a $7 Hot fudge sundae and you can't give me a free sample. HOW UNFORTUNATE!!! Ok I guess I will have to give you a Yelp review. On top of that No doughnuts!!!!Not recommended!

Had T-Mobile $2 gift cards and they restricted using only 4 after they scanned 6 of them! They normally run as digital gift cards!

It was fine a few days ago. A normal DD experience.Today, however, they served me a sour milk iced matcha latte which took a few sips to realize was spoiled. Now, as you might imagine, I'm not feeling too good on this last day of vacation.So...thanks for that!
