It took longer than 30 minutes for our food to come out. All the tables that came after us with similar orders received theirs first. All our food came out one at a time so each person ate, finished their food, before the next came out. When our food finally came, the vegetables in our stir fry were still raw.

I ordered the steak Hibachi bowl.It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. The noodles were soggy and the food was slimy my wife’s bento box was served with raw chicken. The price was high but after eating it I feel scared cause it was terrible i may have food poisoning.Parking: Parking was good

Food is good... If they get it right... Service is horrible. Rude with bad attitudes... They had mixed up the toppings on our food... Because of allergy issues, I took it back in and asked them to fix it... They wanted to just swap protein... I let them know if needed to be remade because there were several things wrong and didn't want to risk a food allergy issue. They pulled up the order as if they didn't believe that it was wrong.. Even though I showed them the receipt... They were then nasty... Snickering and rolling their eyes... I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of service is what ruins it all... Someone in management should really take a look at how your staff treating your guests...

OMG I am still sick from this food from last night. Order was for my husband, my son & I. Our rice was drenched with the sauce. Ordered the sesame vegetable fried rice bowl. My husband-steak & shrimp. My son- chicken. He was lucky- he ordered it with white rice & was not drenched with sauce. After waiting for the order I decided to order a vegetable lo mein. They gave us the wrong plate-no lo mein to be found. It was a repeat of the rice with vegetables. The girls that tended to us were great but the kitchen got most of it wrong. This order was almost $80?. Will not be going back. And I’m still HUNGRY.
This was literally the worst costumer experience I’ve ever witnessed on such as massive scale. My friend and I had to wait more than 1hr for our food, and from asking around virtually everyone else in the restaurant had been waiting 40+ minutes; the entire store was a sea of just teas, confused faces and delivery numbers. We overheard new orders being told an ETA of an 1hr 10min for wait time. There was an inexcusable backlog with the three people behind the counter packing the bags of food; we could see 10+ prepped orders just sitting on the delivery counter not being delivered. When we finally received our food, the only apology we got was a comically apathetic “sorry about that” from the worker in the middle of her turning away from us.

We only had bubble teas here as the waiting time for the food was over two hours.The milk teas were well made and very good. But the green teas were pretty bad ? and not well done. They are bitter, and very hard on tummy.Their bubbles were good and tasty.Vegetarian options: Few options for vegetarians.

This was a delivery order to a Disney Resort. Took a little longer than I would have liked but I knew that upfront when I ordered how long it would take. The order was correct and the food was great as always. I ordered a few different dishes and sides and all were delicious. Wish there was a location near my home but I look forward to ordering again on my next Disney trip.

Fantastic Experience at BentoBento has been an absolute gem of a find for us! We're incredibly thankful that it stays open until 10 pm, accommodating our late-night cravings. Our recent visit reaffirmed why this place holds a special spot in our hearts.The service was commendable—prompt and attentive without being intrusive. What truly steals the show here is their sushi and poke bowls; they're unmatched! The flavors burst in every bite, leaving us craving more.While we thoroughly enjoyed their delightful array of appetizers, the fried rice didn't quite hit the mark for our taste buds. However, their noodle bowls and those with white rice, were a treat worth savoring.Recently, we ventured to try their new hibachi dish. While the main protein and vegetables left us satisfied, the fried rice didn't meet our expectations. Nevertheless, this didn't dampen our overall experience.Speaking of favorites, we do miss the scallops on the hot lava rolls and the presence of ramen noodle bowls on the menu. These were absolute highlights for us, and we hope they make a return soon!Despite these minor preferences, Bento remains a fantastic spot offering exceptional food and a pleasant ambiance. It's become a go-to for us, and the overall experience consistently delights. The blend of flavors and variety of dishes they offer truly make it stand out.
