The service was really great! The lady behind the register, was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We ordered some cake and macarons. I was skeptical because of the reviews, but let me tell you, everything was delicious!!! Not sure why it has low reviews but just wanted to drop by and give an honest good review. Smelled so good in there too :)

Cakes are delicious but the customer service is awful. I called them and told them that I was coming from far away to buy a cake for my daughter's birthday. I arrived at the exact closing time (5:00) and the lady closed the door literally right before that time, practically in our face.

I'm giving this place 2 stars only because cake was better than last years. However, customer service needs a lot of improvement. Im a business owner myself & I make sure I speak to my clients in the nicest way possible & accommodate around their needs and whatever works best for them. I'm not sure if it was Brenda herself or one of her workers in the Kissimmee location, but I asked her nicely if I can pick up at 6pm on the dot because I was far and she rudely told to come by 5:45pm because by 6pm she should be all cleaned up and at her home. If that was the case, please change your hours on the google site! Lastly, I asked her for a cutter and she wanted to charge me even tho I tipped her $5. Any other place will give it to you for free when spending $30 on a cake. I made sure to have her take the $ from the tip because I was in disbelief. The best cakes in town. That's pretty much it. Moist, fresh and delicious. I have always been greeted and treated respectfully and diligently. Their stores are stocked up if you are a baker, but since I'm not- I go straight to their fridge and get the ready to go cakes. They are reasonably priced and you can choose from a nice selection.
I buy cakes here all the time. Excellent and consistent flavor. Always fresh. You can order online, but they do have fresh cakes daily. I love their flavor!

I've been trying to order a cake for a week everytime I called no one picks up. The website doesn't work to order online. Yesterday my friend finally got through the lady said to call back in 10 minutes called back no due to website not working I've been calling all day no answer. Either it will ring forever or it will sound busy. Not good for buissness hire a receptionist or something if your website is not working properly. Your loosing customers.
