We were sat and waited for 10 minutes with nothing but waiters walking past us. Not busy at all only 4 tables other than us. After 10 minutes we decided to leave. On our way out the owner/manager said to me "we didn't want you here anyways" what a garbage place. Smelled horrible in there and looked run down. I would not waste your time.

HORRIFIC FOOD POISONING! When I arrived at this restaurant I went to use the washroom after a long day at the theme parks, the bathroom was covered in urine, poop, and blood- gross! I should have left right then and there as it was obvious that it hadn't be cleaned in a long time!we stayed and ordered pasta, pizza and salad. everything tasted good, until early the next morning my husband and I started to get violently ill. My kids did not get sick as they didn't eat any of the salad. I called the restaurant and Bruno (the owner) told me he had never had anyone get sick before. we continued to be sick for 48 hours. we had to forfeit our tickets to universal as we were both vomiting and having non-stop diarrhea. I called the owner again and he screamed at me and refused to offer any assistance or a refund! Then he hung up on me! Stick with Olive Garden....they have cleanliness standards!

I ordered a pizza to go and when we got home there was a piece missing. My husband called and was told by Bruno that when it came out of the oven, it looked so good and he was hungry, and since we had not paid for it yet, he ate a piece!! The absolute truth!!!

I absolutely fell in love with this small joint! Extremely authentic, everything in their kitchen is fresh and home made. The vibe made me want to fly to Italy!!!!! Owner was a nice man who was on the floor working with his employees. You could tell the passion behind the meals.

On vacation in Florida with my wife, granddaughter and son. We entered the Brunos at 8:05pm the staff said they need to speak with manager to get us a table. The Manager stated they weren’t seating anyone anymore and only taking to go orders. Bruno’s was closing at 9pm and I said I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t seat our family. The manager got very emotionally charged and became angry. He said what do you want me to do? He kept asking over and over. I started to leave with the family and told him he needs to learn how to run his business. He said it’s because I’m a foreigner isn’t it? He kept saying this as we walked to our car and as we were getting in the car he screamed white trash. Unbelievable how this escalated to something racial because a manager wanted to close early.

First time visitor and the place smelled like someone was smoking next to me and that didn't sit right with me. The sald was just okay, the garlic knots were burnt and undercooked. The owner kept saying that his food is always fresh.Well, Bruno, let me be clear and honest with you. It was not even close to fresh, and it tasted like reheated food. I could've had dinner at home, but decided to try your location instead. I didn't realized that you had charged me for every cup of soda..not even free refills, the taste of the desserts were old like from two days old or a week old dessert. I didn't realized the way you treat your staff or family members that way was okay. You may been open for 30 years maybe it's time you hang up your over priced restaurant with poor and not so tasty food quality. My stomach aches and feels so heavy with a bad indigestion that I am still sick to my stomach after just two hours. Good luck in your future endeavors.

The manager was incredibly rude. He started off pretty funny, but quickly crossed the line. He spoke rude to his staff right in front of you (I will say the rest of the staff were super professional and nice). However, if you offended the manager, who was the only one taking orders and talking to tables, in any way he quickly gaslights you and treats you horribly. Also, expect to be charged a lot more than what the menu says. Every thing we ordered was more money than what was listed on the menu. Apparently the menu is outdated...no mention of that when dining. They also don't accept the coupons that are on their website. Also outdated. You get extreme attitude if you ask what the price was and you don't know what you're paying for in the end because the bill is handwritten with no prices. Any mention of something wrong is automatically answered with something along the lines of "you're wrong, we've been open for 30 years." Don't even ask to split the bill. The manager will refuse and huff and puff when you try to figure it out on your own. The manager paced back and forth rolling his eyes and talking under his breath while our party tried to figure it out. He yelled at us for writing on the bill too....We finally just paid the price so we could leave since he was getting so upset. You are forced to pay a 15% tip, probably because he knows he wouldn't get a great tip otherwise. Apparently this treatment is common for him according to other reviews. We were all very friendly, respectful, and not at all difficult. Also, the homeless woman right outside their dining room window also really added to the ambiance. The food is NOT worth the treatment you receive. Unless you want your whole evening ruined, do NOT come here.

If I could give 0 , I would . Guys don’t go there , it’s probably the most horrible experience I have ever had. The owner of this place is very rood and unprofessional, the food is not good at all , wasn’t tasty , pasta overcooked , tiramisu is soggy .. I asked to split the bill , to my huge surprise they gave us a hand written receipt and told us they don’t split the bill :))), it was actually very funny experience , this restaurant was recommended by windstor hill , I am going to complain to them as well , just hoping other tourists will stay away from this place

“We don’t talk about Bruno” …… Long report but worth it if you’re even slightly considering going to this place. I wish I could give this negative stars. My grandparents and I ate dinner here with my daughter and it was pretty bad! The garlic knots were awesome but my daughter and grandmother got the wrong food, despite them clarifying what they ordered. We accepted the food anyways because we get it, mistakes happen. But they happened too often after this. My grandfather ordered the daily special and it was extremely tough and hard to eat and when he nicely told the manager, Bruno, that it wasn’t great, Bruno immediately grabbed my grandfathers knife and cut into the meat and began eating it off his plate and told him he was wrong. I also had tried it and the flavor was good but it was a tough chew. Either way, the professionalism was not there. Then because of this he was mad and took all the plates off our table when we said we were done and didn’t offer us our left overs. Put the plates on the table next to us and left them there. We ordered dessert and when the waiter came he put it on the table and dropped the forks with a lot of aggression and when we asked him why he did that he said “I’m busy”. We then waiting patiently for the check which took forever. When they didn’t bring the left overs, my grandmother went to speak with Bruno who began yelling at her in front of everyone. It was extremely awful and unprofessional and truly the food was not worth that. I’d say try Olive Garden before going here.

Bruno is a stand-up guy. Always makes everyone feel welcome and serves the best Italian food in town.

We enjoyed the food but the service was not the best. The waiter was blunt about not liking what we wanted to order and then chose our apps for us. They got snippy with us about waiting for our family members to get there and did not like us splitting the check. Also we were taken advantage of when it came time to pay the bill. They hand write their checks and don't explain the charges. They overcharged our family by 40+ dollars but fighting with the staff over it was not worth it. They overcharged the other party we were with also. An asked for an additional tip , unbelievable.I would not go back.

The food is very delicious, but the man at the front desk has a terrible attitude towards customers, he is not ashamed to mistreat his employees in front of all the customers. Very bad atmosphere thanks to him. What a pity for the innkeepers who have to put up with that. I give it zero stars and obviously we will not return.
