Had a long good day at Disney. Was very hungry and hadn’t eaten since about 1p. At about 1145p, I went to this location to get food. I was greeted by,xxxx, who informed me very politely that it would be about a 5 min wait since the previous order was very big. I waited patiently and pulled up to the door. Carlos had to be the nicest person I’ve ever met at Burger King. He politely took my order and even offered me a free drink for being patient. I declined. He took care of me and yes, he was doing his job. But he didn’t have to. So, Thanks Carlos, you are awesome!!

I went and I was impressed especially when they had what looked like 6 people so a full staff. Took over 30 minutes to get a burger a fries they were busy there was my family and one other family. To use the rest you gotta ask so they can unlock the restroom and give attitude about it when I was polite and said thank you. The lady rolled her eyes and all the while the manager walked around doing absolutely nothing. Hire a new staff and management.

I can’t even believe the experience we had this evening! We had an incredible evening with our children at Fun Spot Old Town, until we ended at Burger King! Ordered dinner asked for the children to use the bathroom, apparently the bathroom closed 2 hours before the restaurant! I have never experienced more rude inconsiderate employees in my entire life! My 8 year old and myself just needed to use the restroom and were treated like criminals! How can you close both gender bathrooms during business hours? How is this even expectable? Then “locals” can use the restroom? All on video!! After ordering I waited patiently for my order, for it to be thrown on the counter and be completely wrong!!!!!! Not the Burger King we expected!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! Everyone has a bad day, but this was completely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour ! Unfortunately it will not allow me to post videos on here!!

After going to the other location at 615am near the 7/11 & SmokeyBones no one was there horrible service regardless I decided to go to this one as I had to pick up sandwiches for work. The woman who served me was very pleasant and warm welcoming as soon as you approached the drive thru and til the end when you drive away. I'll be making the extra 3mins out of my way to go to this location from now on.
