If i could put zero stars i would all the employees are slow they all have 0 brain cells and forget everything u told them u ordered and barley understand english . never seen a fast food spot full of dodo birds.

Honestly! This Burger King has improved so much! I’ve lived around the area since I was a kid.Since giving this place a try again when I seen them finished remodeling. This is the only Burger King I will go to! Not kidding!!!Keep it up ladies and gents!! Whatever your doing it’s working!

2nd time coming here doing a drive thru order 1st time no one answered the speaker box everyone was outside. just now today 03/9/24 I was asked of my order and I told them no I don't eat ham he goes back to grab another sandwich I open my bags and see ham both sandwiches are wrong. I came back inside and gave the food back he placed them on the holding area instead of throwing them away my hands have been all over just to check if my sandwich was accurate

I asked for an ice water. The young man said yes what size do you want? I said a medium he said no problem I pull up the lady sees him giving me the water. She smashes it off the counter. She dumped it out gets a little cup and says here this is what she gets if I would have been offered or told, I need to pay for it that would have been fine, but to tell me I can’t have it and try to hand me a little water I refuse the water, took my burgers and I left. I ordered two whopper juniors then had the nerve to sit and talk in Spanish about me with the situation while I’m watching like I don’t hear and see them.

Everytime I go to any BK is the same thing. They act like they don't see you until you ask them to help you to take the order since they don't have the screen to make the order by ourselves. Specially this one in East Osceola Parkway and St. Cloud, these are the worse. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so gave them shot every 3 to 5 months and never changed. They are way too slow, they made me wait for more than 20 minutes to give me the order and always give you the order incomplete.
I usually like BK, but every time I visit this location I am not impressed. The service is average and the quality of the food seems to get worse every time I visit. Typically my food is cold or something is incorrect. I'd rather drive to another location than return to this one.

On Saturday 02/03/2024 I was attended to by Mickael (I think it is written like that) he is a boy with glasses and Valentina, guys I congratulate you for having a very friendly attitude, the attention was quick, with a good disposition, a smile, like that If it causes us to go and be treated in this way, guys, you are examples to follow, don't change your way of being! I hope all restaurants have people like them who treat CUSTOMERS WELL! I recommend the place.
