We went for the first time this year and I promise we will be back!! The food was incredible, the show was fantastic, and the staff put up with us being new to the whole experience and were so kind. I've been going to Orlando for 20 years with my kids... I guess I never looked for live entertainment outside of the parks ... I have to say, this is one of the best kept secrets in Orlando!!!

I go 2 dinner shows in Orlando & elsewhere all the X, but this really exceeded my expectations - not only of the pretty good entertainment or the best food, but of the overall value. Yes, hard 2 believe in this Land of Tourist Traps. Not only did I get 50% off the tickets by buying em online, but I got an extra 10% off w/GovX since am a nurse. Our waiter Nikko kept my delicious Rum Runner cup always filled! So go & get ur $'s worth!!!

We had a blast last night! Our server Lucky, was funny and super nice. We ordered paninis and, beer and rum runners. Food came out super fast and our drinks were always refilled about halfway. The show was fun and we enjoyed all of it. Bugs(sorry) really surprised us with his voice. Don’t forget your password! Thanks Lucky ?
We had the best time! Our first time going to dinner show and it did not disappoint, service, food, show EVERYTHING was amazing!! We will definitely come back next time in town. Lucky was our server and he stayed on top of service we never had to ask for anything. You all were great :)

Went here on our last day of vacation, we were enjoying the show, until intermission that is.While waiting for the 2nd half of the show, a child from the balcony decided to spit on us. Yes SPIT!Contacted the manager and he appeared as upset as I was. He went up and found the child and his parents(I don't know what was said).BUT He never came back to talk to us, offer to move us or replace our spit on food or drinks. He NEVER even acknowledged us again. We saw the child and his parents go back to their CLEAN table, drinks and food. We were absolutely dumbfounded.... I mean as a manager you would think he would have asked them to leave, or at least move/replace our food or drink. Nothing was done about.We felt so disgusted and grossed out we couldn't stay. As we were leaving The manager was standing in lobby and when I told him how upset I was, his only response was silence.After we left, I tried to contact someone else at Capones and haven't not received any response.I understand that management can not control how others act, however I expected them to at least try to make things right, and at the very least replace our food/drinks, and clean the table we were at.We would've liked to see the end of the show, but will not be returning here on our next vacation.

The show was great and the actors were quite talented. Lots of laughsDuring the show and the food was pretty good. As far as our server, if we could give Vito more stars, we would. All of us (especially Quincy and Baylie) had a fantastic evening... Our kids (thanks to Vito picking on them and making them feel super special) talked about the show all night and the rest of the week. My husband and I visited Capone's dinner show tonight and before we went I read a bunch of reviews that said some not nice things... I started regretting my decision but as it was close to our hotel we went anyways. I'm so glad we did it was great!.....We were seated and a drink order was taken right away,mozza sticks were delivered hot and delicious, my drink was strong (no lack of rum) our server (Bull) was kind enough to bring me extra fruit juice to mellow it for my taste preference.He took our dinner order right away and our salad was delivered with in a minute. Our entrees came out within 5 minutes hot and delicious there was enough food on one plate for 2 people ( mamma Capone's Trio) Bull never let our drinks get more than half way done before he was refilling them The show was funny and well done ..I don't see how anyone can complain..Great job Capone's and Bull.
