Out-of-this world service. Excellent steak. Our server was Chris who was fully knowledgeable about the food selection, including wine selection. Never in my life have I ever witness a manager be so involved in assisting his staff, even bringing out table orders. His name is Jared, whose last name ought to be service.

This place! The food was AMAZING! This was the first really nice restaurant we took all 4 kids to. They were in shock? The filet was cooked perfectly, the cedar plank salmon was the best salmon ever, and the desserts were to die for. We got one of each. One son got the Bison steak and loved it. The atmosphere was divine and although it is pricey, it was well worth it. We'll definitely be back when we go to the area again.
Waited 40 minutes for a table, only to be told we couldn’t eat due to a dress code violation. Would have been nice to know BEFORE waiting 40 minutes for table and dinner we never received. Valet was very nice and I paid them $10 but left hungry. Manager was very bizarre.

I took my family Here for dinner and the food and service was Phenomenal we really enjoyed everything even my 3 year old looked impressed, when she first took a sip of her lemonade her eyes lit up so I tried it myself and it was jenuin fresh squeezed lemonade with strawberries so good, and the food was cooked perfectly, very happy, worth the money, I wanted high-end and we got just that.

Lets start with this place provides exceptional service to its customers. Our group of 12 was never left waiting for anything. The staff was engaging, happy and did everything to ensure we had a great experience. The food was fantastic. Everyone's steaks were perfect. I look forward to my next visit.

too expensive . the prices advertised in google are not the same as in the restaurant. thats not correct .quality is real good but prices are too much for what it is . been going there for more than 25 years .my last time will choose another place instead will lleave it for others !Parking: its empty ok to park .

A must for meat in Orlando. The bison was exceptional.
Immaculate and attentive service to the point I thought we had the waiter sitting at the table. Steak was cooked to perfection and the smoked flavour from the grill was absolutely mind-blowing to the point it's set the bar high for anywhere else we visit. Top notch. ?Kid-friendliness: Absolutely no problems taking a child to eat, 'very accommodating' is an understatement.

Shared the 50 ounce porterhouse that was carved tableside. Chose broccoli and loaded baked as sides. ??Entrée comes with a delicious house salad, but their Caesar is also homemade and worth the extra $. Hawaiian martini had more like 2 full pours. Service is outstanding. Loved the atmosphere.
Just now -- Visited 1 year ago last June, for our anniversary. We are coming back again for our 48th anniversary. Steaks are excellent & nicely seasoned. If you haven't been to Charley's before, you are presented with different cuts of steak & you will get to choose. The service is excellent also. Their wine list is also outstanding. We enjoyed the Gascon Reserve Malbec that went well with the bone-in ribeye steak. We are looking forward to our night out again this year at Charley's. PS -- Grab the bone before your wife does! Ha! Ha!

Its a Must stop when I come to fla. Steaks are always perfect here. Definitely pricy but you get for what you pay. Servers are always very good too. Only complaint ,the bread they bring out before your meal,not sure what it is,cheesy? Something. A nice crispy, hot plain bread with butter on the side would be much better.
