The girl at the window taking orders had a horrible attitude.We were waiting at the window while they were taking 3/4 drive thru orders the window was open and we asked when we could get our order taken.The girl said “WAIT” with an attitude.Then 2 min later walked up to the window & looked at us, didn’t ask “can i take your order, what can I get you” . So we sure said she had a damn attitude and she closed the window on us.Corporate will be called.HORRIBLE SERVICE, if she doesn’t want to work she doesn’t need to be there with her stank face and attitude.PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Worst experience I've ever had at checkers. Been a customer for over 20 years. I ordered a chicken box and substitute the drink for a large banana shake. Was told my order was 12.89. The price of the half lb box with a drink according to the menu board was 7.29. The price of the shake alone was 5.29. So I was very confused about this. When I asked the so called manager which was running the window she said that is the price. Do you want it or not? I said I want it for what is on the menu board. She then got irritate and slammed the window. While she was doing this I asked for her name. She told me I don't have one. I also asked for a manager and she said I am one. I backed up and took a picture of the menu for proof and called corporate. There was another worker that came out while I was taking a picture and I asked his name and he said I don't have one. This is very unacceptable for any type of business. I will never go to this checkers or any again.

Cheesesticks so overdone they were almost solid. Wings were the same as well. Burgers are really dry. Everything looked and tasted like it sat under a heat lamp or in a warmer for a looooong time. It was very disappointing and an overall waste of money.

I went to look for a delivery at this store and they are quite rude, especially I refer to the color woman who works there, she seems to be the manager, I told her that I have a pickup and she got upset, shouted insults at me and closed the window with all her strength. right under my nose. And the worst thing was that they only had 1 customer ordering. They should give better training to workers so that they do not humiliate other people

12am munchies satisfied the only draw back to the experience was the automated voice drive thru I couldn't tell if we were on the same page with my order. Driver thru server was great and helped me out. Food was perfect ? hit the spot. The big meal deal gotta be one of the best out here for a quick meal deal.

My boyfriend got a fish sandwich and it was all dried out and rubbery like it was under the lights too long.my boyfriend took it back and asked for another one and she gave him a fresh one.I go to this checker's all the time and never had problems with the food.The cashier wasn't mean or anything she just acted like she was disinterested.

So I place my order, ask twice to make sure it’s correct. Food comes it’s wrong. Get told that’s what you ordered. I tell the guy I asked twice about order with the woman at window. They remake my food and it was awful. DON’T eat here.

Staff needs to listen better!!!!! Multiple occasions Ordered ONE plan burger the rest normal and made it really clear however the staff gave me all plan and was in a hurry so I couldn't wait to talk to someone.
