We were sat at 6:18pm. We walked out at 7:50pm with only being served a salad with some crossants. The manager blamed new staff getting used to the process. Don’t take in more customers than you can handle if that’s the case. We left starving, disappointed, and not likely to return to

Really disappointed. Wasted all of my hour and 30min there, with the manager really not doing anything to improve the experience but saying she was aware of the problem by repeating "oh yes, I heard that" after we complained that we waited for a burger, and a salmon salad to arrive. Worst part was not the time, but finding a hair in the salad, and with cold fries and a burnt burger when it was supposed to be medium well. It was a first, and the last time I go to a cheddar's restaurant. Thanks for nothing.

I wait 45 minutes for the food and when the food arrives, the hamburger was dry and burn and the salad had a here on it!!! The manager did NOTHING but saying “oh I heard that!” Bad service, bad food. I wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. To bad!!

Seating was quick, service from our waitress was excellent but the food that I received was horrible. If I didn’t have a trip I would have returned my plate and got something else but our food took forever to come out. Like our Wisconsin cheese bites. So delicious but it took almost 25 mins to come out and she kept apologizing thinking it been came out. My main meal the ribeye steak was absolutely dry. Wow never had such a dry steak like that. Don’t get my started on the side extra order of rice I purchased. Looked like a teaspoon of rice on a plate now that’s ridiculous never will I go back.
Cheddar's is owned by Darden Restaurant group. We don't have them in SC, at least not in the Myrtle Beach SC area. Occasionally we receive or buy Olive Garden or Longhorn Steakhouse gift certificates. Being in the same group, they can be used at Cheddar's and vice versa! The group owns 3-4 other restaurants and the and applies!
