I want to give this place a five stars but the wait time is definitely something that can’t be put aside, though cashiers tend to be pretty quick it still never helps with the insane lines and time you’ll have to deal with, I stopped coming here for a while because it was just as inconvenient as cooking at home.

This place absolutely sucks.Don't know who was checking the orders as they were bagged tonight around 9. They're either blind or asleep, because TWICE now we've received our delivery orders late, cold, and MISSING THE ENTRE. Unacceptable.Management, do something about it. Already got my refund for this last one and we're not ordering here again, but maybe you can fix this absolutely absurd problem your store has, so other people aren't left waiting an hour only to find the main thing they ordered not in the sealed bag.

Ordered 2 chicken bowls and they put a couple pieces of chicken, a ton of rice, little bit of sour cream, and barely any cheese. It’s like they want to save the food for themselves or they get a bonus if they don’t put enough chicken. This chipotle is one of the laziest I’ve ever been too. I went through driver thru and they didn’t open the window until 6 minutes after I was there. Would not recommend and would not be back. I’ll rather drive 30 minutes to Posner Park for better quality food and service.

Watch your receipt from this location, I had to call corporate because they charged me for 3 sides which I didn't get and 3 salads which I also didn't get, I ordered 3 bowls and come to find out the 3 sides I was charged for were for extra rice in the bowl, which they are not allowed to charge extra for!! They are scamming people!!!

Always trying to close early. Never have any options past 845pm. I’ve came here several times in the evening only to walk up and them tell me “we only have XYZ”. And I just leave.
Love Chipotle but the design of the new ones with mostly high top tables is terrible. It's either hoist my old self up and let my feet dangle or sit in a row facing a wall at the only normal height option in Haines City--and we were sooo excited to get a Chipotle!!! ?

I order a salad bowl, I get home and barely any lettuce plus they are green brown like seriously. And I ordered a large chips and guacamole, I got the chips no guacamole. Not sure who is in charge right now making orders but they need retraining or go home.
