We regularly visit Cici's while on vacation in the area. We drove 30 minutes from our hotel to come to this location and it was absolutely worth it.We went on a Tuesday and were surprised to find out that the buffet was only $5.99 with the purchase of a drink. We considered that a great deal given the cost of food these days.We were greeted at the door by friendly staff and a clean dining area. This location isn't as big as some of the other ones we have been to but it was clean.The staff asked if there was anything on the buffet we wanted that we didn't see and they made what we asked for. The even replaced some of the pizza that was there that looked like it had been sitting a while. The table busser removed all our dishes in a timely manner and we gave her a nice tip for that.Overall this is likely the best Cici's we have ever been to.

In all honesty the place needs more of a fun vibe. It’s very dull. I wish they had more of a variety of vegan food. Specially, because they specialize in pizza so you would think that they have more options but they don’t. The desserts are the best. I wish they would have like chocolate cookies.Needs to be more life. The games are over priced. Kids that are younger then 5 years old shouldn’t be paying for a kids buffet when they can’t eat much. There too little , feel the restaurant can do much better. Would have not went there for my daughter’s birthday if I knew it wasn’t the best.

Amazing people and owners here. We go here with our grandkids sometimes and they love it here. We always enjoy the food and kind service. Great people and fun place to eat at with family etc. Highly recommend for so many reasons.

Wow we are not from around here so we decided to eat pizza so we stopped here at Cici three minutes till closing they treated us right they told don't worry stay as long as you need yahri and the management team are awesome ?

It is a place to buy a delicious pizza very quickly.
Jeff and Caesar Always go above and beyond for my husband and i. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly and it’s relatively quiet inside. Friendliest Cici’s in our area- my husband refuses to go anywhere else. Also, that lil old man that folds the boxes is an absolute sweetheart. Always greets us kindly. 10/10 Highly recommend

Originally we went to the other CICI’s pizza located at 5035 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746 the food there was absolutely terrible and we had a bad experience at that location. We submitted a complaint and apparently we selected the wrong store. We received a call from the store manager Cesar and he apologized and informed us that we selected the wrong store. This manager invited us for a meal and he kept apologizing about our experience and informed us that he will notify the correct store. We are very grateful that we came out for a second time and we Enjoyed the experience. We were even offered to make our own personalized pizza. Very happy with the service and everyone at this location.
