Simple setting...sort of...hotel lobby ambiance. And that is exactly what it is. However, the shrimp po boy came out piping hot, well seasoned, and generous in size. The fries were hot and fresh, and the hush puppies were very good (served hot from the frier). My wife had the sampler and all three variations on shrimp were very good. Walked in at 7:00pm, no wait (empty actually) and parking was easy, free, and also empty. Absent any frills, I still found the food, service, and price quite good.

The food here was absolutely delicious! I got the shrimp po-boy and fried okra, a couple others got the fish and shrimp plate, and another got the clam strips. I cannot recommend this place enough! Service was great and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. We got hush puppies too and those were great, as well! This place is so underrated!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Great food, awesome Chowda, great shrimp tacos, and light crispy hush puppies. You might pull up and be like "oh no it's a hotel restaurant" and walk in and it's not busy. If this place looked fancy and was on the water the decor would match their tasty reasonably priced seafood. Service was fast and food came out lighting quick.

Restaurant is connected to a hotel. The dining is casual. Overall food was tasty and the shrimp was well seasoned. The server was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to trying something new next time.

Ordered delivery. Crab leg dinner, chowder, corn, and family shrimp dinner. Paid extra for crab crackers, never received them. Staying in a hotel, so we had no way to open the crab legs. Never received the soup. The corn on the cob was cold mush, as was the shrimp. My kids would not eat it. Called the restaurant and told the hostess I was missing items, she started laughing and handed the phone to her manager. The manager confirmed with the kitchen that, yes, items were left out. Then he told me he didn't give refunds. Terrible food, terrible customer service. Stay away from this place.

Really enjoyed our food from here! We actually got food here twice during our stay at a nearby Disney resort. The first time delivery, the second time we picked it up ourselves. Which, if you're curious was a pretty easy 10 minute drive. The bang bang shrimp is absolutely delicious. We practically fought over it. The hush puppies are probably the best I've ever had. Caesar salad was pretty basic but they did include plenty of Parmesan cheese on it, which I appreciate. We also really liked the shrimp tacos, and the tails were off, just FYI. It's a very unassuming little building connected to the comfort inn, like some other reviews have mentioned, but don't let it fool you; there's some tasty food in there! I can definitely see us ordering from here again next time we're in Orlando.

Great shrimp and a variety of options. Diane was friendly and served us well. Arrived early and enjoyed a clean restaurant that was quiet!

Staff is very nice, Bar drinks are very good, and I had the Sweet Chili Shrimp I will be visiting again when I'm back in the area

We very much enjoyed our meal here. We stopped by for lunch and it was pretty dead. We were the only ones dining in and a few people walked in to pickup to go orders. I had the fried fish and my sister had the fried shrimp. Both options we thought were really good. The fishes were big and I only had room for one.. The french fries were hot and crispy and were seasoned well. I also tried the clam chowder and it was delicious. The shrimps were crispy and cooked right! Employees were friendly and the inisde was clean.

Yich. Colleagues and I tried Nantucket Shrimp Shack by delivery since it seemed to be one of the few non-chain restaurants in the area and Disney resort food was starting to get a little old. It was fairly horrible. Shrimp tacos came with rubbery, hard pellets of breaded, deep fried shrimp with the **tails left on** (which seems like a bad idea?); the blandest pico de gallo-esque salsa I have ever had; shredded lettuce; and some sort of creamy orange sauce. Fries were soggy, unsalted, and underfried; hush puppies were burnt; and fried okra was soggy and utterly flavorless. I passionately love okra in almost any form. This stuff made me want to cry. I despise food waste and think it's a great evil in wealthy countries. I'm THAT person who powers through my kiddos' gross leftovers Dan Pashman style. (See, e.g., youtube.com/watch?v=msuv… and sporkful.com/watch-my-da…) But I could not power through more than a few bites of this meal.I see some positive reviews of the food on Yelp. Maybe we just caught them on a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.

I am so unhappy to give this place one star but we were super excited to have dinner here but when we arrived at 4:30 pm the doors was locked even though the sign on the door said they open at 4 pm.I went into the Comfort Inn next door and asked if they were closed and was informed that the hotel and the restaurant were separate. The lobby of the hotel connects to the restaurant so we walked up to the rope and saw an employee at a table. We asked him when the restaurant would open . His response was, "Now." He then went into the kitchen and asked someone else about why they weren't open. He came out and only said, "Maybe." It was then that we realized that he only spoke broken English. We had no other option than to leave.

When we arrived there was two tables full. Restaurant is attached to a hotel. Our waiter was quick to get our drinks and order. However we wait a LONG time for our food considered there were hardly any people in there at the time, plus our waiter never showed us to refill our drinks or update us. Once the food came out, only about half of the group had their food arrive. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. Food was good. I just wouldn't recommend unless you have a long time to kill.

Great seafood place with reasonable prices on both food and drinks. Had the shrimp platter this visit; excellent to share. Not very busy both visits. Friendly staff and the service was great each time. Very unassuming place off the main lobby of the Comfort Inn Maingate Hotel so I can understand folks missing it but we hope people discover this hidden gem.

Food was OK for the cost. But atmosphere, within the lobby if a hotel amd like of AC the day we went did not make a good impression. Better places for dinner nearby.

We were there for an early dinner. Hubs and Son ordered shrimp baskets. They liked their food quite well. It was nothing awesome but tasted fine. I am not a seafood person and ordered the chicken sandwich and roasted potatoes. I didn't love either one. Hushpuppies were a little over done. Fairly plain basic looking place. Staff was friendly. We didn't love it and probably won't go back.
