We ordered traditional Caribbean drinks and they were amazing! The appetizers we ordered brought back memories of how our family made the food and the goods times we shared. I ordered what in english is called blood sausage and it is so flavorful. My wife ordered the alcapurrias which are meat filled fritters. The main meals were snapper and skirt steak with white rice and red beans. And a side of pickled green bananas in oil and vinegar with onions and seasonings. The service is outstanding I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service was amazing..Andre helped us order all our food.. everything was delicious.. plates were removed from the table as soon as we finished with them..that was awesome.. didn't have dirty dishes just sitting.. Management was walking around greeting everyone..was busy when we arrived..but was still seated very quickly...

Food is amazing and service was great! Will definitively recommend it to anyone. They had live music when we got there which was very nice. Will definitively come back for more!

Took a chance on a new place and we couldn't be happier. The server was super polite and accommodated both Spanish and English speakers. She gave great suggestions and was attentive. There was live music to get the feel of authenticity and it added value to the experience. While the price is a bit higher than other Puerto Rican places in the area, it's most definitely worth it!! The flavors were straight out of an abuelas kitchen.

The only negatives are that it is a noisy place and it takes a long time for the food to come, but when it does arrive, you will love it. This is truly the best Puerto Rican food I have had in a long time. The pernil was delicious as was the arroz con habachuelas. The Mofongo was moist and flavorful. My wife had the rotisserie chicken. Delicious! Many items on the menu are a bit pricey but very well worth it. This restaurant has a head chef that obviously knows Puerto Rican seasonings and how to make a sofrito! The staff is very helpful and anxious to please. I highly reccomend Crocante Restaurant. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.Parking: Located in a strip center so parking is available.

Went there for lunch with family as we read and heard good things about it. We have been to San Juan before and we were so eager to try the food. The food was OK- average. The service was great. Soap was out in the restroom and there were enough staff to check and fill it up.

The food was super good! I got the pollo a la parrilla with arroz blanco & habichuelas rosas, y tostones. Asked for chimichurri sauce and mayo ketchup for the tostones and it was so good! The place is super clean and the food came out quickly! Will visit again.

Care was put into every dish we were served! However it took a while to be served, so the kitchen could probably benefit from a larger staff. The food itself was prepared well, and tasted fine, but even the namesake burger was just “okay”. Each entree is around $17, but the portions are large and that price includes sides.Vegetarian options: Plenty of salad or vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Family-friendly environmentParking: Numerous parking locationsWheelchair accessibility: Entire location is wheelchair accessibleDietary restrictions: Not vegan-friendly

They say they have a drive thru but it's always blcoked with one of the employees cars to prevent any one from going through. When you call for pick up they don't answer either! even though there's a big sign to call n pick up thru the drive thru ... Their very very slowThe food is good but you gotta be okay with waiting 30 min for ur food

This place is a true Puertorican Gem!… staff was friendly, the salon was clean, loved the whole boricua Christmas music flow. The food was indeed the best part! The pork was well seasoned and moist and the “cuerito…perfect! The arroz con gandules was original and the guineitos en escabeche were it for me!

Passed by here while working in area. Upon entering I noticed several people eating. The menu is a bit confusing, Im sure most of their business will be people coming to order takeout for individuals not family. The pricing for individual meal is called a "platter" and its not in the best location to try find pricing upon entering. The meat upfront look good, and I believe they will do well here since I know its a fairly new establishment. The wait time was a bit excessive considering there were only two people infront of me. I waited around 10 min to order and another 10-15 minutes for my food. Now the food, it was good. The flavor was different than most spanish spots. I would come back.I did notice they have hiring ads up and can tell they are understaffed.
