Out of Yuengling! Aren't you a bar? After ordering server leaves you until he flashes the check and wants paid for no service other than tacking your order. Sweet tea is horrible and tastes like a chemically flavored water rather than fresh made tea. You order fish & chips, which for some stupid reason they call it a whale, and you receive an overcooked dried out piece of frozen fish and three people's worth of fries. It is so loud you cannot hear each other at your table. And it is so cold you need to bring a blanket.

We went for lunch and left most of our meals uneaten. The tots were visibly under cooked with crunchy potato pieces in the centers. The garlic burger has so much butter sauce it was running off into the basket and soaked the bun. I began feeling queasy half way through eating it. I mentioned the undercooked tots to our server. We were not charged for the "upgrade" but still paid full price for the meal.Our brunch dining experience at one of the other restaurants on premises was also very disappointing. Do your family a favor and go off site for your meals or order delivery.

Staying at the resort, they need to update their social and media in this resort 1. It says is is offered for delivery, it is not. 2. Went thru guest services to place a 2 go order, they tried 2 extensions, no answer, he suggested to go up and order. 3. Ordered, waited, got it back, missing half the order and what was there was a mushy mess of onion rings, had to go back for rest of order, while trying to dry it out in the oven, not worth it. 4. Thought let's give it one more try for breakfast, tv ad looked good but said it did not open until 11, went in town to shop, came back for 11 and the waitress said, well the should update their ads they stopped breakfast in Feb. 5. At this point, just walked out to drive back to town to find a place to eat. As westgate owners, this has been beyond frustrating. ?

Since the bar is located within a vacation rental community it probably doubles as a diner in the morning. The service and food was good and there are many tv's to watch the game. However, the lighting, atmosphere and balance of the finishes are not attractive; it doesn't make you want to go back to hang out.

The worst. Super Bowl, so expected a wait. While in line, Hostess was telling people ahead of us ro reserve on open table, or that others had, so I did, and reserved next open spot, 20 minutes from then. Went to hostess stand to check in, and she said they'd seat us asap. Other hostess )the one who'd mentioned reserving on open table)came back and said we weren't on HER list, bc we'd just reserved, so we'd be behind others in line before us (even tbo we'd, you know, reserved-?). Stood at bar for almost an hour. Had to remind them we'd been waiting. Finally sat. Other tables were served and even cleared, before we got our one appetizer. Had to ask for water; waitress's checked in twice otherwise. After almost another NINETY minutes, when our waitress never returned after we'd again asked her to update us on our food order, we asked a guy at the register behind us to please get our check, and cancel our food order. A manager came out and was not pleased with our decision. Our waitress came over and said not to worry about paying for our appetizer, she understood that we wanted to leave, and that the staff was "fighting and yelling at each other in the kitchen," and she didn't "know what was going on." Why did they accept more patrons or reservations on open table when it was already too busy to handle and out of control? Why didnt they tell people from the start it'd be a two-hour wait? We would've gone elsewhere. They lost our business forever. And ps: the sliders were mediocre.
The place was nearly empty and the servers walked past us several times and never addressed us. I had to get their attention to ask for menus. I also witnessed one of the servers arguing with a female customer. The food was good for bar food but the service was deplorable.

Little known spot because it's inside of a resort so there were plenty of seats during a playoff game. Lots of TVs so every seat is a good spot. Expensive, $17 dollars a shot of casamigos blanco! Prices could be why it wasn't full. However, finding a bar to accommodate 8 people during a playoff game is impossible during game time. So, paying up might not be so bad. Food was better than expected. One bartender seemed overwhelmed when the bar stools filled up.
