The hall was absolutely gorgeous. We had a baby shower for our daughter, we told Denise what we wanted as far as the theme and the colors. She had us go in, to show us different decors on tables as far as combination of colors, she took her time with us and never once did I feel rushed. Our theme was safari when we got there the day of the event we were “ wowed!” It was beautiful! With the package we got we provided the food and liquor and they provided the servers and the bar tender. Every one of there staff was amazing. I would definitely use there services again. Thank you so much for a job well done.?

Decoration was perfect, but we were dissapointed with the service, we gave a list of guests for my daughters table ( she wrote exactly how she wanted them seated and they never checked so the kids sat anywhere they wanted), we asked for a specific music and they play Anuel which my daughter doesn’t like at all, besides cake we brought our sodas, water and some appetizers or in Spanish entremeses like pastelillitos, sandwichitos things that cannot be missed in Puerto Rican parties, and my guests told me after the party that they were never served anything of that but she never returned leftover food we brought as I was assuming people ate them. The food was really good and the decoration was as well wanted it but those other details make me afraid to recommend this place to anyone else.

Ac been broken for more than 2 weeks and they charge a lady $1,000 for a birthday party for her kid and the owner told her that the ac broke the day of the event 2/5/23 temperature was above 80...look around for a different venue. STAY AWAY and is not a license

My daughter's wedding was a disaster from the beginning to end when we did the contract we were told the menu consists of salad, rice and chicken breast we pay extra for roast pork and a cheese lasagne because we had began guest when the food was serve it was cold and no roast pork or lasagne the owner was no where to be found the so called chicken breast was a steam white horrible chicken it was so bad that some of my guest had to leave to buy food the next day when we finally got to talk to the owner her answer was that we did not pay for the extra food on top of everything she had the nerve to lie the service was so bad the coffee and cake was never served. I hope no one else has to go thru this embarrassing moment please do not booked with this person again they will ruined your day imagine your guest having to go out to eat

NEVER AGAIN! We booked this venue hall for a baby shower yesterday and it was terrible even before the day of the event. The owner was supposed to meet with us 2 days prior to the event to plan where we wanted to place tables, chairs, and decorations. We scheduled the meet up for 6pm & the owner Denise NEVER showed up. She didn't call to cancel or reschedule. She ignored out calls and text and we waited outside the venue for an hour with no explanation. The day of the event she was late to the venue. She tried to sneak in an extra charge of $100 for the cake table. Even though everything that was supposed to be included was already paid for. The decorations were not set up how we had discussed. She also didn't bother to mention that cups, plates, utensils, AND ice were not included and that we would have to buy our own. We had to scramble to pick up these last minute items 1 hour before the event before guest started arriving. It was extremely stressful dealing with her and frustrating. But nothing comes even close to the fact that she and her entire staff stole plates of our food that we had catered. Before some of our own guest could get a chance to eat. Even took large amounts cake with her. After the event was over she refused to return whatever left over products back to us. Like the sodas we brought, cups, napkins we had to purchase since she didn't provide them. At the end of the night I just wanted to go home and leave her establishment and never return. I will never refer her to any family or friends. I will personally never use her for any future events. From start to finish it was completely unprofessional, stressful. I regret booking this venue in the first place.

This hall was nice and my baby shower turned out great. It was afterwards I have a big problem with. We brought our own food, cake, alcohol and dinning ware. And when we were picking things up, the extra items that we brought appeared missing . so I don’t know if they kept things and said it was gone in the party? Seems very sketchy. They were very nice and this is the only thing I have a problem with.

I was referred to this hall for my daughters baby shower by my aunt who has had a few events at this location. Unfortunately due to COVID we were unable to proceed as planned. The date of the event was for Aug we gave her $625 on 6/16 and we were advised by my daughters on 6/22 that she is unable to be exposed due to her high risk nature so I immediately contact Denise whom I gave our $625 to and advised her. With no sympathy or understanding she dodged us until she couldn’t anymore because I involved my aunt whom referred us to her and knows her personally. She lied to us telling us that her “account” charged a fee to refund and kept $125 of our money after us pleading for her to understand that it was a medical condition and the risk of a COVID exposure that we could no long host an event for 100 people at her hall. Please be aware before handing your money over to anyone. There is no humanity with these types of businesses. If a pregnant woman’s safety means nothing and a “party” is more important what does that leave the rest of us. Unfortunately I will never look to this business again for any of our future events and I will continue to share my story because no service was ever rendered and $125 were stolen for a pregnant woman who could make use of that now that she is unable to have her baby shower for items her baby will need.
