On March 28, 2024 We walked up to the entrance at 7:49pm and suddenly the lights went out and the employee inside ducked behind the counter. They were supposed to close at 8pm and we were parked in the parking lot at 740. It was very rude.

Gave this place a 2nd chance today since my first interaction wasn’t pleasant. This one was worse than the first time. I went inside this time and the staff doesn’t say hello, thank you, have a nice day, nothing. No napkins out here and the tables weren’t cleaned. Also, one other thing…✨Sigh✨There’s roaches here.

Horrible service, I placed a mobile order and it was not ready nor was i acknowledged. The customer service was horrible as well. Four workers and not one person acknowledged me. I ended up leaving the store without the items I purchased on the mobile app. I will definitely be contacting corp to get my money back.
