If it was possible to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a zero star, I would. This Dunkin’ Donuts has continue to disappoint every single time I’ve stopped here which is not very often. I would say to anyone that is craving Dunkin’ Donuts drive that extra mile to the next Dunkin’ Donuts available and do not stop here.They never seem to have anything available, and when they do have something available, it’s always stale when it comes to the food and the drinks. Taste horrible.

Waited at the drive thru for over 15 minutes since the car in front of me was waiting for their order to be taken and blocked the exit. Might as well close down this useless location.

Rude, waited 10mins only to receive a cold chicken wrap. When I walked in there was no one ordering, not busy at all, no one else in the drive thru with two women staffed.

Ordered online at this Duncin location on 8/29 at 349pm. Go to the Duncin to see a sign on the door to use drive up. Go to drive up no response, someone waves us forward from the drive up window. We get there she states the location is closed. Ok, what do we do since we placed an online order? She told us to call customer service who said they would issue the refund they never issued. I get an email a few days later stating to come back for a refund. I have emailed them twice that we don't live there and they need to get this resolved. They chose not to do so, so here we are. What a complete and utter joke both on this locations part, but also corporate for doing nothing about it. I will not tolerate being out nearly $20 because they decided to be closed without updating their system.

The times I've gone to this location, they don't have that many donuts on display. Their selection is limited. That is why I rated it a 3. Dunkin Donuts is all about their donuts ? and should have more of a selection.
