The most disgusting service I have ever encountered, the impudent, rude coffee was poured without coffee, only boiled milk, and when I asked to make normal coffee, they poured coffee into a separate glass for me so that I could mix it all myself, it’s funny! Out of town guest visiting at this location. 2 days in a row we came to get coffee, 2 days in a row the staff was short and impolite, 2 days in a row our coffee was messed up from non dairy milk request to a milk filled drink. No labels on anything, and everything shoved out the window. Definitely would take the time to go 2 extra miles to try a different shop.

This Dunkin had the worst customer service I have ever seen. When I walked in there was 1 customer waiting for an order. That’s it. The girl with the headset on was talking to the other worker swearing every other word. It took her well over 5 minutes to come to the register. A few times I even leaned over the counter to make sure she knew I was there. When she finally came to the register she was still talking to the other worker and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Finally took my order never said another word. Called out my order at the pickup window. Now I know why that place is never busy. I will never step foot in that place again
