Latte was not hot, still drank it. But it was hot as hell in the customer food dining area. There was no air conditioning the entire time I was there and I needed to send some emails and have my dinner. I asked why it was so hot and how could they work here like this. They told me the AC was on for them but not for the dining area. Then all the lights in the dining area start flickering on and off on and off and I look and see the girls all huddled and playing around cause I asked “are you closing ?” And the manager started laughing as they all laughed and said oh nothing, it’s nothing. What unprofessional and immature people you got here. They just wanted me out. So, you pay $20 bucks to eat and sit in the heat, no AC. And you got kids playing around with the lights who actually work here. There was a senior man there as well and I felt bad for him because he was just quiet. Your employees are driving customers away. To sit in the heat, I could do that outside. Have consideration for your customers. I am a local repeat DD member and I won’t be coming back here ! No thanks! Calling corporate to evaluate your employees. The young man was the only professional and nice person there.

The girl that works at the window in the mornings is clueless, always in a rush doesn’t check if you are receiving all your food and drinks. Also they don’t believe in warming up food? I’m paying over $5 for a wrap and you can’t even warm it up! A chicken wrap! Waste of money. Will take my money somewhere else.

I was highly disappointed...Ice coffee was not fresh, I tried 3 times cause it's closest from home...Now, I drive several blocks down to Vine Street the coffee there is so fresh and delicious. I still wonder why they leave all the sugar on the bottom of the cup, they stir lightly and always leave a mountain of sugar at the bottom...smh

I ordered snacking bacon at dunking donuts alot and at this location they refused to sell it warmed, say it their policy to sell it room temperature... Don't go there.... the load burntbacon hashbrowns they give u reject bacon this is horrible... this location did to be shut down they don't give u what u ordered, they give u what they thought u ordered amd give u a hard time about fixing it.....

After repeating 2x that I wanted an iced coffee with two sweet and lows, I was handed ,of course, a hot coffee. This caused me to wait another 7 minutes after waiting in the long line. The girl that took my order ...looked like she had her head in the clouds instead of where she should be at work,,Other than that ,your typical dunkin' donuts ..it was clean inside just a visual check they did have all the donuts there ..no racks were empty and after they redid my coffee to what I ordered it was delicious as ever. Thank youParking: Free parking in the parking lot in front of them though it does get crowded at the prime business hours. You may have to park further away than you like.
A bunch of young idiots works there. I went through the drive through then was told to pull up to the front door that they will bring my order to the car. Mind you I only ordered 2 lattes and 2 orders of hash browns. 10 minutes passed and I had to go into the store then had to wait ANOTHER 15 mins for my order. Messed up my order then had an attitude when I complained. Will never go back there. Please upgrade your staff or at least train them on customer service and getting the orders correctly!
