never been at a store where you order through the drive-through and wind up getting yelled at by employees simply because I said that I couldn’t hear them.. when I went inside to talk to the manager I was told that the cops were gonna be called on me just because I was trying to explain to the manager that there was three girls speaking at the same time and I couldn’t hear them.. it seems like management can control their own employees. It’s a shame because I just went to pick up breakfast.

BEWARE!! of this Duncan donut location. On March 2nd 2024 the three women that were working that morning around 6:00 a.m. DO NOT know the meaning of customer service they are bullies they are disrespectful to senior citizens and EXTREMELY rude. mind you I have given this Dunkin' donut location many chances I know now I was wrong!! I highly recommend NOT using this Dunkin' donut location???????
Today 01/27/2024 at 11:24 AM I went thru the Drive thru and the ladie was very rude, she was rushing with the order, I could not see the menú properly because there was a ladder on the way, I tried to asked but her demeanor was very nasty, I believe that this business is going down do to lack of customer service.

All Tourists to Orlando Area should avoid this location as this location has least respect for you as they intuitively know you are a tourist not only the customer service (Front desk) , the manager and even the corporate team do not bother about your business and opinion.If you want to destroy your morning, afternoon and evening then you should go otherwise stay away

This particular D&D is one of the best. I dined in (waiting for my Lyft to arrive). Very clean all around. Service was quick. Very nice welcoming by employees. Food was good. Nice and fresh. Excellent coffee. I recommend.Update: My 2nd visit was good as well but I didn't know if non service dogs were allowed inside. The dog could of been left in the patrons vehicle. Other than that it was a good visit.Parking: This D&D is mixed with grouped together in a (Commercial Taxpayer Style) Their are 2 Handicap spots located in front of the Barbershop. This serves all 5 businesses.
