On Monday, January 15th, at approximately 11:30 AM, I encountered a series of service challenges at this venue.The staff responsible for food preparation exhibited a level of unprofessionalism, discourtesy, and antagonism that was surprising and unprecedented in my experiences with Dunkin', particularly as this location has previously provided satisfactory service, albeit with different personnel.While I did not note the names of the individuals involved, I am willing to offer a more comprehensive account of the incident to management upon request, particularly concerning the young female employees on duty at the aforementioned date and time.Thank you.
