First time at this restaurant. Good experience. Food was delicious and plentiful. Service was a little slow but waitress was friendly. Very clean. Gratuity is included in the bill. Going back again.

30 minutes waiting at least for them to offer us a drink but not even that. Three waitresses, the dark curly ones, looked at us and did nothing. They don't measure up, very slow, fucking slow and with few people in the restaurant. Bad, very bad, I don't know about the food, I didn't eat anything ??♂️

?️ Food Looked amazing it’s just a pity we didnt get ours ?Arrived to less than a half full restaurant and was seated immediately, ordered drinks and food. the drinks arrived rite away ???Orders 2 simple main courses and 55 mins ⏰ later still no food and we walked out.Shame as other peoples food did look good.Walked 100ft and ended up with Nathan’s HotDog ? not the same but we were hungry.

I enjoyed the dish I ordered, as shown in the attached picture, but my husband wasn't as pleased with his lechon asado, noting it was dry. So, our experiences were mixed—I liked my meal, but he didn't enjoy his. Meanwhile, our kids had bistec con cebolla and they really liked it.

Cilantrillo is delicious, but if you are going to go to a location, the best is the Florida Mall. Today we went to this one because we were closer, but the truth is it was a disappointment. The service was only taking the order and bringing drinks. Nothing else. The Kan Kan chop did not have a crispy edge, it was mongo, the cilantro rice was greasy and I ate choked because they never brought me a refill. I would have told the waiters but no one ever came to ask how we were. Even to ask for the ticket you had to go almost to the kitchen.I do not recommend this town.
