This is the best bakery I've ever been to! The selection is awesome and the Chocolate Cream filled donuts were so fresh I would never go to another donut store. I am from out of town and we went back twice in one week! The second time we decided to have lunch here and it was excellent too! The potato salad was so delicious! And we just had to get some pasties to take back to our hotel room!

Great spot for Puerto Rican meals while staying in the states. Makes you feel right on the island!

I visit this bakery an average of 4 times a week. It is conveniently located between work and home. Breakfast is good, food in general is good. Don't even think about buying donuts for work because the donuts are not ready until past 8:00 am! Great idea! If you want day old or several days old pastries to buy that you will get in the morning, but fresh??? Wait until later. The acoustics are bad, but why consider this when putting music? Let's ramp up the music!! It is so bad and loud that you have to scream your order to the attendant and still she won't be able to hear what you are ordering. And of course , the music is sooo loud that impossible to have a conversation, nope! Hopefully the owners, managers or whoever will understand that is a bakery not a bar And that it will be smart to have fresh goodies earlier ( they open at 6am).

I love Ms this bakery, it definitely reminds me of the bakeries we visit while in Puerto Rico. We stopped in to pick up some baked goods and I am really glad we did so. I purchased my all time favorite sugar donuts, we got some pastel líos de guava along with other baked goods. They were all delicious! They also have a cafeteria where you can order Puerto Rican dishes (frituras)-alcapurrias, pastel líos and rice and beans, with other dishes as well.

Fresh and authentic! Great to bring a big crowd of friends and enjoy great coffee and amazing Cuban pastries! We were in town on vacation and stopped to stock up on goodies to bring back to TN. The ladies were friendly and they were having a sale on their goodies.

Delicious authentic Puerto Rican food! They have a bakery section and a deli section. Plenty of seating indoor and clean restrooms. Bakery and deli items were fantastic, especially the crab salad. Off of 192 in Kissimmee, this is good location with friendly employees and yummy food with culture. I definitely recommend for anyone to try.

Not so friendly service, but that's expected all over Florida! Went to have a simple egg ham and cheese sandwich...after waiting for almos 23 minutes I decided to check on my order, 32, because they were already calling number 37. They gave my sandwich to someone else, that's cool, we all humans and make mistakes. 10 minutes later they handed my sandwich, no apology for the wait, for the mistake, for nothing, fine the manager must be having a bad day. I sat down and when I open up my sandwich it was dripping dark water, bread not toasted, cheese not melted, no butter...a mess, so I went to the cashier, had to wait 5 more minutes because I didn't wanted to wait for another sandwich and at this point I just wanted my money back. Manager came, didn't look me in the eye, I said good morning, no response, tried to make small talk, no response list rolled his eyes, didn't apologize, no a simple sorry for your inconvenience, nothing!!!! Like I was the one that messed up the order, or was rude, or having a bad day. Lesson learned! Never again, at least not for sandwiches!!!

This was a great find! Go early and pack your patients, it was busy but worth it! The food is AMAZING. This place has tons of options! Pastries, breakfast platters, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, hot foods, coffee, etc... the breakfast sandwich with ham, egg, cheese & lettuce was amazing, the golden pancakes were too good. Guava and cheese pastries are to die for!! Will be back for sure next time we are in the area! The only downside is the language barrier. Besides that highly recommend this place!

I would give it more stars but unfortunately the ladies at the counter were not the friendliest people. They seemed frustrated with my boyfriend and I since we couldn't speak Spanish very well. We ordered a sandwhich which was called media noche, they stated they did not have it, so they suggested the Cubano, which was fine. She had to pull aside a customer to translate for us because she couldn't communicate with my boyfriend and I. They had a nice selection if pastries. We tried the pastry below which was ok, not exciting. The Cubanos were however definitely worth the trip. I would give it more stars if it weren't for the unsatisfactory customer service and them not having anyone who works behind the counter speak any English.

A nice place I decided to try because I found myself pulling into its parking lot to make a call. I was pleasantly surprised with the huge pastry counter and the great looking collection which tasted just as good when tried. The lunch and hot meals side was typical of the delicious latino varieties of the region. My only complaint would be having staff that only spoke one language (Spanish). I had to wait and miss my turn on a long slow line until another customer came to my rescue. The staff said the only english speaking supervisor is out on her break.

A great inexpensive lunch spot. The food is seasoned well and not salty. One of the biggest downsides to getting food from the counter at spots like these is that the meat and beans more of them not are loaded with salt. Florida bakery has mastered making flavorful food without a barrel of salt. Two standouts are their cilantro rice and mollejas (gizzards). You could cut the mollejas with a spoon; that is how tender they are! This is my go to lunch spot when I work! Service is quick and the people are friendly.

The taste was fine, but it would be very helpful to have someone that actually can speak English and have a menu that is written in English!! Then to top it off, the lady gave me the incorrect donuts even after I pointed to the ones I wanted. Didn't think I had to watch her every minute to get the correct order!
