I had a catering event for about 300 people i called and spoke to a young lady named Moya. She told me she was just a cashier and that a lady named Shelley would be given me a call back.She would pass the message along. On my second called, she said to me.I'm just a cashier shell he comes in at 2 o'clock.I'll make sure she calls you back. That was Four days ago no call How do you expect your business to grow if you're not providing the service that people are calling about? Or your employees aren't passing along the messages to the correct catering managers or manager which I did ask to speak to both!

To much black pepper in ackee, too oily , fried dumplin greasy, Callaloo& salt fish-flavorless.. totally drove a ways thinking this was going to be my golden crust Teaneck New Jersey experience, it was not. My belly ache & I’m still hungry?

I think the Orlando location has spoiled me cause I go to the one on east colonial every chance I get and they are not stingy. This one did not add any extra gravy and they gave me the same amount of chicken that I paid extra for. I paid 16 bucks for the large chicken curry and all they did was give me extra dry rice no extra chicken. The service wasn't terrible but the Orlando location they screaming welcome as soon as u walk in and give service with a smile. The lady at the front looked like she was over today and wanted me to get my food and go lol. I will not be coming back here and I wish I read the reviews because I could have spent my money elsewhere and got more for my money.

The food was just "OK". It was not your typically good Island dish. I had the Ox Tails and was not impressed, I have had better in many places....there is a little place in Poinciana across the Walmart parking lot that served the best Ox Tail in the City. I also had the brown stewed chicken which had good flavor, but was cooked too dry. Overall it was below average for the price. The girl serving the food had no personality and was only moving the customers through like cattle. She was mean faced and not friendly at all. For the quality of food and the poor service, I will not return.

I've ate here multiple times and each time I was treated poorly all I ask was for the sauce packet that's advertised and she disrespected me then try to charge me 50 cent for a sauce packet the size of a average bottle cover it's a shame yo own ppl treat you the worst I would not be taking Uber orders or eating out from here

I ordered a small jerk chicken meal and jerk chicken with festival. The jerk chicken was not jerk chicken; it was more of a bake chicken. Don't taste no jerk seasonings. The festival was hard like a rock. If the festival is left too long in the warmer; the staff should have known the festival is no good. If I wasn't too far from the restaurant I would have returned this order. I been to Golden Krust in Alafiya and Kirkman Road and there food is good. Need a Jamaican cook that really knows how to cook. As I will no longer return to this location.
