Bison burger is wonderful!! Drinks are superb and come with a great kick ? all of the bartenders are very nice. Will definitely return.

Haizel the bartender was amazing at the Wyndham Conference Resort. Go see her!! I am a bartender myself and she taught me a few things! She was like family. I’m ready to go back just for My Girl Haizel !!

Super clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice staff. The magical view didn’t provide anywhere near a decent view of the fireworks, so I’m glad it wasn’t priced much higher than a regular view. The heated pool was a nice amenity to use after work conference.

We enjoyed the WHOLE family on this trip. we have never been to a hotel that had such a nice pet appreciation gift, Molly our new baby was more than happy when they gave her a cute Birthday gift box, for her adoption day. I enjoyed the stay primarily because Glen, the GM was so accommodating and I really loved the pet amenity pack we received for our pooch! Great Touch because we usually pay for our fuzzy baby and get 0 out of it. This was a great surprise and made us feel welcomed. Plus we didn't have a travel bowl and there was one in the gift box. Thanks Glen & Staff

From check in to check out, our experience was easy and caring. The front desk was efficient and answered our questions regarding parking and the conference center. The room was comfortable and just right for our stay at our Gaming Convention!!

We stayed here for 8 nights in April 2023 for visiting Disney. The location for Disney parks is great - around 10 minute drive (Uber / Lyft $9 - $20 each way depending on the park and time of day) and there are a handful of places to eat within a 15 minute walk, although roads are busy so I wouldn't want to walk locally with young children. The hotel offers a shuttle service to parks but the times didn't quite work for us so we didn't use it. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We found the air con unit very vicious - ideal for cooling down quickly but a little uncomfortable and noisy aimed at the bed! The pool was heated and we enjoyed the hot tub - pool area is nice with comfortable furniture but spoilt slightly by a large gazzebo with big stacks of chairs and tables during our stay. The WiFi worked well and staff were friendly. The room phone to reception useless as the automated voice would never connect through. We had a couple of disturbed nights due to noise and one with a two evacuations due to the fire alarm going off twice - not the hotel's fault but there should have been some communication from staff during this time. A overall a good base for visiting Disney.
After reading bad reviews for this hotel we were a bit nervous about what to expect…. DO NOT pay attention to the bad reviews!! This hotel was excellent top to bottom for us! From our generous size room with king bed to the ammenities, to the location etc … we had one glitch that the general manager made sure to make right so we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit. We loved that check out was at 11, which allowed us to take our time getting ready in the morning. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast offered a lot of options and was good.

Checked in Saturday April 29, 2023. Was woken up at 1:00am to alarm blaring. 2hrs of standing outside, sitting in car, standing in lobby. Not one staff person communicated with the long line of pajama wearing people in the lobby. Apparently pipes burst and flooded floors and rooms. Not in their control but how it was handled was, and it was completely chaotic. After return to rooms, was woken again via alarm at 5:00am. It was absurd.

Room was very clean and neat. Very nice showers. Loved having a Starbucks shop inside the hotel. Breakfast was very good. The pilows were nice and fluffy and very comfortable. The Air conditioner worked very good too.
