Went thru drive thru for breakfast and asked for s syrup instead a open honey q pack was opened in the French toast sticks. When I went in the manager refused to give money back and after 5 minutes agreed to give money back if the whole order was there. Not only was that fine because it was cold but the biscuits and gravy order was litterly 1bisqust and a small gravy container. Nothing like the photo or what was expected for the price. I patiently waited for a customer to be taken care of after retriving the rest of the order from the truck andas i stood there waiting a customer took a photo of me and used social media to lie calling me a Karen. Then being attacked by others all because hardees manager didn't know how customers should be treated. When i went in there with the french toast sticks covered in the open honey q and asked for my money back the manager should have done so. The downward spiral of degrading comments would not have taken place. The lies spread to rave about the manager was uncalled for.

What a disappointment this place, perhaps I had very high expectations because with the name that this franchise is known in other states or countries they were always of a high level, let's start with the food, the hot burger tastes good (aspect to take care of the cut of the condiments , the onion is very thick as well as the tomato), here the bad thing begins: the potatoes had excess salt and it was mentioned to the service girl that she did absolutely nothing, out of courtesy she was able to ask if they were changed, it was so much that they couldn't I was able to eat and I threw them away, to improve that aspect of the service, terrible atmosphere, a terrible smell at the entrance, men's bathroom closed, they claim that the problem lies in the plumbing, neglected appearance of the room, I don't think I will repeat it again or visit this place.. I came here because my kids were suddenly hungry. So, I stopped due to how close it was to my point of view at the moment.I was very pleased to see that the service was on point, the food came out quickly and warm.My kids asked me, how come we had never stopped at a Hardee’s before. I told them that next time we are in the area we will come to this one again.

I was excited about Hardee's coming back to this area but this place is disgusting. It smells like dead rats. Your feet stick to the floor. The windows haven't been washed since opening it looks like. They don't have dine in treys. Everything is made to go. Not going back.

They have a ticket that they stamp every time you order and it says the eight one is free but when you try and cash it in they say no it is for a medium but they stamp it for a large so if the eight one is free it should be th one you have ordered the previous times not what they decide to give you

Best mushroom and Swiss sandwich in Osceola county! Very friendly staff and manager. I recommend the Philly burger too, very filling. You should go to this restaurant for all your food cravings! The curly fries beat even Checkers ?Parking: Very roomie parking lot, easy to get in and out.
Worst Hardee’s ever. First due to a technical issue that should have been made known before taking my order there were no burgers. Then after I ordered a chicken sandwich it took 10 minutes just for the employee to come to the window. Then he asks what my order was and I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my food. There was no one inside or behind me in the drive thru so I don’t understand the confusion.
Hardee's/Carl's Jr simply has the best burgers in the fast food segment (juicy burger, "If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in to your face" was once an advertising slogan.However, the floor was quite sticky and there was a smell of toilet near the toilets.

This branch appeared to be new, but the floor was extremely sticky, tables and chairs seemed to be missing, the women's toilet was broken so we had to use the men's toilet. This wasn't particularly clean.But the service was very friendly and patient and the burgers were extremely tasty and juicy ???Parking: Parking spaces around the restaurant, free of charge.
