Tried placing a small order over the phone (below $20) and I was asked to make a payment over the phone. I’ve never been asked to pay before I pick up the food. The girls at this location did a great job today. I came in the early afternoon and there were a lot of customers. It looks like they were short staffed. Despite that I still had great service.

Absolutely horrible how downhill hooters has went. Tables sitting dirty way too long while the manger just sits with a regular. Almost 50 min for cheese sticks that take 90 seconds to cook. Server went to set down plates and spilled an entire cup of water all over the table. Will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend

The manager (ricardo) is very unprofessional. He brought me shrimp that wasn’t the way i asked then took them back to the kitchen to just have the same wings tossed. YOU NEED TO MAKE A NEW BATCH HELLO!! Disgusting and unsanitary.
