I ordered a pound of crab legs, which was $44. I also ordered some other things. My order came to about $88 when I arrived to pick my order up and I looked at the crab legs. I said this is not a pound of crab legs. I paid $44 for 1 whole crab cluster and 2 broken pieces. I am from Maryland I ordered crab legs all the time. I know what I should be getting for a pound. She said she would have to call the manager.She called the manager on the phone and she said the manager refuses to refund me my money.Even though I told her I did not want it.I have never been to a full establishment that will not give you your money back.If you are not satisfied with your food i'm not sure what kind of customer service this was. But in all honesty besides the issue with crab legs the food was good.

Great seafood place. Good price and great food. Perfect escape from Disney dining. Would definitely go again.
The food was not that good at this location. And everything is a la carte if you don't order one of their seafood bags. The snow crab legs were small and over cooked to the point where you could not pull out the meat in whole pieces due to it falling apart and shredding. The broccoli I ordered to go inside the bag was overcooked and mushy.And the food is very overpriced. Next time I'm in Orlando/Kissimmee, FL, I'll try another seafood restaurant. Maybe one that has all you can eat seafood for the same price per person

The waiter was awesome and super tentative. The food was terrible. The eggs were super hard to be boiled, the seafood seasoning was bland and the bag was full of un eatable things such as half of you get a pound of crawfish half the bag is full of legs. You get an order of mussels half of them are empty. Taste wise I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We’re a big fan of Hot N Juicy, so when this location opened up we were really excited to come here, rather than driving 40 mins to the one on W Sand Lake Rd. However, this location is not a real representation of the brand. They can never get the spicy level right, the sauce is far less “garlicy” and just full of grease. We ordered clams and got a ton of empty shells. After ordering from this place a number of times, we will not be coming here anymore. I’d rather drive 40 mins to the other location to enjoy a proper meal.

very very bad. They only have very small and bad quality frozen crawfish. It looks dark and tastes stinky. There is no any sauce of the food. It taste like salty water steam crawfish. I have never tasted such a bad hot n juicy. Don’t come definitely.
