I can't tell you how many times we were woken up by yelling and screaming or loud music with loud bangs on other ppls doors, never a quiet night kids run ramped all through the night there is the clear DRUG USERS and DEALERS ALL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE RESIDENCE INCLUDING THE MAINTENANCE STAFF SELLING DRUGS TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN the grounds stay trashed and nasty. One of the rooms we stayed in on the first building the roof literally fell in on my son while taking a shower, thankfully he wasn't injured but the staff literally didn't even apologize. the staff is bullish and cruel but with them being DRUG DEALERS, I guess thats what can be expected. Plz if you have any care for your well being or your safety and the safety of your family... DO NOT STAY HERE .. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE ...THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE.. NOT SAFE... Great service but room 179 definitely needs some work. It has a broken area in the shower where a grab bar used to be, the mini fridge was starting to ice over at the back & the coffee/tea pot was really dirty. Other than that it was ok.

If I could give half a star I would try. Upon pulling in the parking lot we found people hanging out & fighting, someone jumped at my husband for driving through the parking lot. I checked in on the app & expected to just be able to show my ID, maybe sign something then head to my room. The desk clerk was very rude & told me 3 or 4 times that I didn’t have a reservation. I kept trying to explain that I’m positive I did, tried showing her the app where I had checked in, she finally goes, ‘oh’ & let me sign the paper, made me swipe my card again, & then gave me a room key & directions to our room. I didn’t expect much since we were only staying one night & it was pretty cheap. There was construction going on that wasn’t really roped off in the courtyard, but that wasn’t a huge deal, a little unsafe though. Lots of people were sitting on the ground behind stairwells & in weird areas when we were walking to our room. Room was decently clean, not super dated, but minimal. We got back from the party we were attending around 2 AM & there were still lots of people outside talking pretty loudly. On our way to our room the most disturbing thing happened -someone gave us Extacy & also asked if we wanted to buy some?! Fast forward to us going to lay down to sleep, there wasn’t a comforter or blanket on the bed! It was just a top sheet?! We found a rough thin blanket folded up where the extra towels were so we slept for a few hours with that until we decided to get up and leave. Definitely do NOT recommend for families or children, & not really great for anyone unless you’re desperate for a cheap room or you like extacy…

DO NOT STAY HERE. CALLED THE LISBON NO LONGER HOWARD JOHNSON . IT WAS BOUGHT BY A COMPANY WHO RUNS SLUM EXTENDED STAY HOTELS. ONE BUILDING HAS HAD NO HOT WATER COR TWO WEEKS!! THEY ALAO RAN THE LONDON ORLANDO HOTEL BY FLORIDA MALL SAME ISSUES. DIRTY GROSS, UNSAFE!!
Best Kept Secret in Florida. Great management and Staff all are very helpful a d can't do enough to help with your stay in The Orlando Area. Restaurants, or theme parks, Sea world or Disneyland or Disney Springs .. They can get you there a d get you the best deals for you and your family on your Florida family Exspierence. I don't know where to begin with this. hair in the tub, paint falling off the doors AND walls. people smoking out of their unit and smell from the outside comes in through your ac. so that's nice. not worth spending your money. go somewhere else. no bed buds though.... a positive. just saying

When I arrived for my reservation, I was told this was no longer a Howard Johnson hotel, and that all reservations had been cancelled. I booked through a 3rd party, and neither they, nor Howard Johnson informed me of such. We needed somewhere to stay, so we took what they had. The rate is about $120 more than what I was originally paying for the 3 night stay. This hotel is not worth this new rate. They spray painted over the the Howard Johnson signs, but kept branded items in the room. Even the wifi network is still HOJO. We have teeny little bugs in our room, it smells like mildew, and there are some shady characters around the property. For the original rate I had booked, sure, my expectations weren't high. For this new rate we took because we were caught in a jam, I feel a little taken advantage of. The bed feels decent, and the air conditioning is nice and cold. Two good things to keep us here for a few nights.

We had room 253. This was one of the least expensive hotels in Kissimmee with a decent rating so we weren't expecting luxury and of course didn't get it. We only needed a room for one night, though, and this was comfortable and clean. And everything worked. Pros: Friendly man at the front desk who was pretty busy when we arrived. Good location with many restaurants and stores in the area. The shower worked well and there was a hair dryer. Also included was a small fridge and microwave. Shampoo and bar soap were provided but that was all. There was a separate chair and desk, the beds were very comfortable with 3 pillows per bed. There were no blankets at all ON the beds but blankets were provided and folded on top of the clothing rack. TV was adequate. Iron and ironing board provided. Wi-fi worked well. Cons: There's no elevator. Because of that, we requested a room on the ground floor but were told ahead of time by e-mail that it depended on what was available when we checked in. We ended up having to haul our suitcases up and down the stairs. It seems that they could hold a ground floor room for people who request it ahead of time. The room had a slight odor that wasn't too unpleasant, but was noticeable, nevertheless. Furniture, sink, fixtures were old and kind of beat up. The towels were ROUGH. We didn't find the fridge at first because it's in the cabinet under the TV and the cabinet looked like drawers. The safe had a sign on it that said "do not use." No USB charging ports near the bed but there was an outlet available. Things are worn like spots on the carpet, some stains and broken spots on the lamp shades. The grab and go breakfast was a jumbo iced honey bun and a bottle of water in a brown paper bag. We also had to pay a $100 damage deposit. Misc: This is an older style hotel with outside hallways. Our room had 2 chairs and a table outside the door with privacy walls between our area and the rooms on either side of us. There was a nice view of the lake, the kayaks, and the pool area. Our room also had a connecting door to another room that was back-to-back with ours.
