I had a gift card and ordered a chicken sub but one of the sub makers had an attitude. She told me not to snatch because that is not nice like she is my mother. I’m telling the company because I do not want to argue with her every time I go to get a sub. If she ever contacted me about this or any of her parents or husband I’ll call the police. I don’t want to fee harassed. I just want a sub. She is unprofessional trying to keep an argument up with a customer. Please don’t speak to me again is all I have to say. The cashier was nice though.

I ordered a grilled mushroom no cheese sandwich and got a Philly cheese steak instead. Ok a little aggravating but I took it back and informed girl of the mistake. Again I stressed a few times no cheese on the mushroom sandwich. Why did I get a sandwich with cheese? Promptly ask for a refund because I trust them to make correct a third, plus I didn't have time to wait.

The service at this location is so good. I notice the other night when i stopped by it was in the middle of a rush and they were so nice to me and made me feel so comfortable knowing they had so much to do. I love this location so much and I plan on returning very soon!! 10/10 amazing service!! Jersey Mikes never disappoints!!

They know how to make a cheese steak. They also have amazing customer service every time I come in. They greet every guest that walks in and say, "Hello," and upon leaving, they say, "Have a good day." I want to say thank you for your customer service and for your great food.
Don't know about food with 2 main subs and bread wanted the worker said he can't make them. I would not recommend going here in Kissimmee

Love Jersey Mike Sub's just not this Champions Gate location. Even at 11am with just a woman in front ordering a multiple order from a very young girl and inexperienced working point of sale took 20 minutes!! A very nice older woman was trying to deal with this order and all the other online and call orders they had!! Also no iced tea containers were filled and other condiments not available. Their usual potato chip selections were limited and our 4 year old grandson was disappointed to not get his favorite ! Management needs to hire more people because this is the slow time of the year in December 1st

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time. Visiting from Ontario Canada. Such friendly staff helped us out on what to order. We tried the #8 club sub and #7 turkey, and both were delicious. The extra large chocolate chunk cookies were so good. It's a bit pricey from what we're used to paying, but we're happy we went. Thank you.

First time at Jersey Mikes and I am sold. We ordered on-line a tray of 12 subs for our family various kinds. All were great. The breads were excellent and all the contents were great as well. I will always hit J.M's when they are in the area.

Today was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. And OMG it was amazing. They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you ?Fresh bread and vegetables. WOW. So delicious and fresh! I will def be back. Now I know what my daughter's been raving about all this time! The workers were THE friendliest service workers I have ever met.? I had the club my husband had the Italian, both great.

- Went in, didn't get greeted.- Order prepared incorrectly (Asked for a Big Kahuna Chicken, and a Philly, received two Philly's, even with the toppings for the Big Kahuna, but yet they chose to put Philly as the meat)- Called, spoke to Cely, and was asked what sub was supposed to be what, after I had already explained myself.- Got hung up on when I tried to finish speaking before ending the call and didn't even get told goodbye or anything of the sort.
