I don't know how someone can give this place negative reviews,place is awesome food is great and fast...I had the veggie egg white omelette with stuffed raspberries French toast,whenever I visit Florida this place is a must to visit

I have to say that Manny is one of the best if not the best server that our family has ever had. He was incredibly attentive and saw that my daughter was playing TicTacToe on her own paper and made sure to get all three of them activities. He made sure every table he had was taken care of. He made sure that anybody that walked in was acknowledged. He apologized for stretching over one of my daughter's plate to refill my coffee. My husband, my daughters, and I all commented on how wonderful of a server he is and hope that the tip we left reflected that. Manny should be giving classes to servers everywhere. We had an experience recently at a local restaurant where we sat for 10 minutes and our server checked on the table next to us and didn't even acknowledge us or ask us for a drink order. When we were walking out she wished us a great day as she drank her drink (which came across sarcastically). I'm going to recommend their staff go to Keke's and learn from their servers.

I'm from Miami and every time I come to visit Orlando I come to keke's! My favorite server is Pauline C. Who took care of me today. She is so attentive, amazing customer service and extremely kind! Thank you for hiring her she is absolutely fantastic and always hope she's in when I'm in town.

Wow! I've never eaten a waffle that you could literally just wave in the wind. It was so chewy it was horrid. They also don't put any salt and pepper on the table anymore, but the server's tote catch up syrup and hot sauce back and forth from table to table. Without them being wiped down they offer a half pound burger but don't tell you it's too patties Left a lot to be desired and I've been in the food industry 25 years or better watch the young man come to the front with his fingers in his mouth and then deliver me my food and couldn't even ask which person had what meal he was so dumbfounded saw young lady play with her hair and chew gum that look like a 12-year-old in the counter. Waiting to be a hostess all around. Bad experience won't be back

If you are looking for a good quality breakfast give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. I had the pancakes with eggs and bacon. I asked for the bacon to be crispy and it came out just as I wanted it. The pancakes were huge. I tend to eat a lot and I was the only person at the table to clean my plate and it was all I could to do so. The next time I'm in the area looking for breakfast I will definitely come back.

Takeout order was 25 minutes late. Don't recommend unless you like standing around constantly asking for your food. You have to rely on the greeters to run back to the kitchen to check in between a steady stream of walk-ins. Also, they got the order wrong. Plus one star for the tasty random food that they did throw into the bag

Excellent food! Great service! Waffles are huge & delicious. The Florida Waffle had strawberries, bananas, blueberries & whipped cream. The pancakes were thick & fluffy.

We decided to try a local location away from the Disney Parks rather than one closer by. We called ahead of time and we told them we were a party of 11 which included 3 toddlers. They had no wait at the time. It took us 10 minutes to get to the location. Once we arrived the hostess was not friendly. She then proceeded to say a large party of 13 came before us and they will be seated first as they are short staffed with servers?she should've mentioned on the phone if a large party comes before us etc. which she didn't ) We understood and decided to wait the 30 minutes she said we would have as a waiting time. Five tables became available before we were seated included the large party of 13 ahead of us. At no point did they ask if we wanted to split our party up. I made a comment to my daughter who was sitting next to me "they keep sitting smaller parties ahead of us let's ask to split the party up". The hostess who was quite a distance from where I'm seated proceeded to rudely interject in our conversation to say she is waiting for a family to leave to seat us as we are sitting on "this side." I decided to make no comment in return. Shortly after they called us to sit only to sit at TWO DIFFERENT tables which means our large party was split. If this was the case, why in the world did they not offer this in the first place. The waiter was patient and thorough. I was disappointed to see the strawberry filled French toast has strawberry jelly rather than naturally juices from the strawberry. The food was brought out by several other servers and just dropped at the table, not allowing the server to distribute the plates properly. Besides the hostess being rude I must say the manager did NOT come around once. He walked around and kept walking around he didn't help one person clean a table, serve a plate or assist at the front counter. If you're short servers that's what a manager does HELPS out. What in the world is going on with society today as you're a paying customer going out for a meal with your family and all you want is for hostess to be friendly and serve in a stress free environment. Very sad this is what it is coming to. Oh wait and to add they "ran out " of kids menus and crayons so be ready to bring your own. Tip: The hostess makes a world of difference at the beginning and end of your experience and this girl needs to go back to training. She obviously doesn't want to be there.

Ordered food for family of nine, via Uber eats, 2 hours before leaving to go to airport. When delivered half the orders were missing, and the other half were incomplete. i.e bagels with eggs all arrived without a bagel. The kids meals were completely missing, so no lunch for them. When phoned to ask for non delivered food to be refunded, we’re told to speak to customer services!!! No offer to deliver missing food either. My worst ever delivered takeaway experience. KeKes is the only (awfully) bad food experience we had in 2 weeks at Orlando. Avoid them like the plague ?
