Food is good. I really have no problems with the food, what I do have an issue with is the young lady that takes my order EVERYTIME I call. She is unprofessional. I do believe she does not want this place to make money. Example... I called once, she left me hanging on the phone until she finished talking to people who were around her. She made me wait 15 minutes. Another time I called, she told me that the delivery was going to take a very long time because there is an issue at the parking lot at the restaurant. I asked her..."so you are telling me not to order with you guys", she said it'll be best to go else where. I like the good but when you have to deal with people who don't like their jobs then it makes it a problem.

We didn't know the pizza wouldn't have any sauce... upsetting & a very dry surprise. Nonetheless, it's our fault for not doing the research on Cuban style pizza. Anyways, the bread sticks were soggy and flavorless. They were not Garlic flavor they were more like plain soggy bread. Not crispy at all either. Just really lacks flavor and very different from what breadsticks are usually like. Lastly, we had the Pan Con Bistec sandwich and it was missing the fries! The steak was also dry... overall just not a good meal, we ended up throwing it away after not even eating half of it.
