WORSE Door Dash service ever... toold them over an hour and 15 minutes to get my order.. Food was very cold and worse part. Door Dash / Little Caesars only offered me 15% refund on their mistake. Order from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns and you will get better service all around. I ordered from the 192 store.

Could not get the pizza I wanted because its only sold 4-8 can't believe people with a business don't want to make money, although I didn't know about this time because I have bought this pizza before in other times that was not 4-8 sorry you could not help a costumer that likes your product and supports you.

Use to love getting my cardboard cheese pizzas here occasionally. Went recently and was the only person there (door chimes loudly upon opening door) and the staff was too busy talking and goofing off in the very back to notice. After several minutes I finally got an employee to notice me and then given a look that they were laboring to help me.Most of the food is already made and kept in hot racks (which is fine for what you're paying for) so there's not too much involved with checking someone out.Hire some people that actually want to work and are better at being the face of your franchise. I'm sure there are some good people that work here BUT I didn't speak or see them on this trip.

First time trying Little Ceasars Pizza; he went to the store and ordered; wait for about 20 minutes and it was perfect! Amazingly surprised, we just ordered the $7.99 pepperoni pizza, if you have hungry teenagers ( boys more than girls ) this is the place we coming back for more.
We had a small problem with an order but the manager was extremely helpful and made good on the problem always impressed with a manager who will go out of his way to correct any

Ordered takeout. Simple. Just cheese pizza with two orders of crazy bread. Picked up in pizza portal but they forgot one of the crazy breads. Asked cashier if I could get the extra crazy bread they left off my order and she proceeded to say they don't make crazy bread any more. I said ok we'll then can I get a refund for the crazy bread I didn't get (wouldn't have been an issue any other time. I mean its just $3-$4, but I pressed cause of the attitude she gave). She walked away; went to her manager and came back and said they'll make another batch and it will be ready in 10 mins. I waited and then she proceeded to give the crazy bread to the other customers that just walked in. Very petty but I waited and asked politely if I could get that order of crazy bread. She went and grabbed one and tossed at me. Don't recommend going to this place if you're visiting.
