An interesting Little Caesars. Ordered food for carryout on our last night of vacation. The pickup kiosk was malfunctioning. A worker handed me my food instead. The food was pretty standard for a Little Caesars.
Super low quality. Today March 22, 2024 I finished my order at 1:37 pm and the pizza was super hard. Apparently they reheat them and that's how they sell them. Do not forget that in one way or another you are customers in other establishments and you would not like to receive your food that way.

This is the worst little Caesar’s pizza franchise that I have been to and I say franchise because if it were a corporate store they would not put out a pizza like the one I ordered on line1st the pizza dough was flat and soggy in the center2nd the outer edge crust was like trying to chew on a rockI called the store and the manager stated that they do not make the pizza dough and they would only replace the 2pies I had ordered if the pizza was burntTake my word go a little further down the road and order your little Caesar’s pizza and u won’t go wrong and most importantly waste your time

01/16/24 (6:40 pm) How is it possible that a person with the flu is taking orders from customers without a mask and in addition to that "cleans" the work area without gloves and without washing their hands after blowing their nose and Clean your nose. He is not thinking about his colleagues or the clientele.I highlight the boy who made the pizza, quite focused and helpful.

The pizza is pretty good sometimes. But sometimes, the crust is hard and inedible. It'll usually depend on when you would get the pizza and if you ask for it fresh or not.
This people here are unconsiderate, disrespectful, and have a really stupid attitude. I made an online order at 5:40 p.m it is 6:40 p.m and nothing yet. I ask the disrespectful girl here and she said that they are busy and that it is not her problem.. it is not my problem either, i was told the pizza was going to be ready at 6:06 p.m. i asked for a manager and someone named Ariana came out, i ask for this disrespectful brat name and she said that i don't need to know it.. i will make sure to call Corporate. Thanks to all this clients that are here waiting an hour and that are not your problem like you said ,you have a job and food to eat ungrateful....
Very poor service, it seems like we are bothering then when we place an order. Their corporate cs never picks up the phone which represents how poorly they treat their

Wow the worst Lil Caesars spot in Poinciana what's going on? Who's the manager allowing this employee to work at this place with a tank top shirt and allowing a minor child to be walking inside the kitchen & the worst part of all the person making the pizza shouldn't be preparing them her arms don't have the proper condition...Definitely cooperate needs to get involved I'll will never step foot again there very sad being its the closer location.
