Was missing an item from my online order which was placed through their website manager advised me to contact door dash. Didn’t order through door dash and is not customer responsibility to contact 3rd party delivery service. Store manager was also unprofessional in her response. Contacted corporate and problem was resolved.
It's ok for a quick dinner night. I usually order ahead so I don't have to deal with a line or the people working there. They aren't bad, just don't really seem to like people. I'm never greeted when I enter, but for an easy kid friendly dinner. It works. Pizza is hit or miss. Last night it was super doughy and my veggie pizza was missing half the veggies.
