I order take out from this restaurant for the second time. My first experience I was satisfied with the food I ordered. Stuff shells and beef lasagna. Today I order the stuff shells and 2 chicken Caesar salad. The Caesar salads were disappointing they did not use grated or shaved Parmesan cheese the tomatoes were cut too thick and they serve it on a bread bowl which got soggy. They don’t give enough Caesar dressing. Although the hot food is good I would not recommend the Caesar salad.

The worst service and over priced place in Osceola county! Settle because it’s close!! EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER TAKE OUT we are told 45 min get there and wait another 30 min!!! Manager is useless!! Walks around like he is lost! And does nothing about the bad service! Over priced non authentic Italian food!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I see that this restaurant has 3 different locations. We were at the location on Pleasant Hill and I can only assume that the good ratings I see posted are for the other locations. I don't usually write reviews but we have never experienced food this bad at any restaurant we have ever been to. There were six of us and nobody could eat their food it was so bad. The tomato sauce had the consistency and taste of canned tomato paste. I do not believe that the kitchen staff are Italian. Not one dish that any of us ordered tasted anything like an Italian dish any of us had ever tasted. We could have tried to overlook that fact but the food tasted so bad that none of us could eat it. To add insult to injury, we had to wait 45 min. - 1 hour to finally receive this horrible food. The one positive was our waitress who tried her best to do a good job despite the incompetent kitchen staff. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.
The aroma from outside is divine!The live music is amazing! Especially Jesus the pianist on Wednesday and Thursday!The best garlic rolls you will ever taste!A+ 10/10
