I am extremely disappointed with this marcos pizza. We ordered last night from this location and after about an hour, I called to see where our order was. The associate explained that the guy forgot one of the pizzas and had to go back. We waited an additional 45 minutes so I called back again, by this time the delivery guy finally showed up after we had to run his car down telling him to stop because he kept missing our address and passing our house at this point we were beyond frustrated. I'm on the phone with the Manger explaining our frustration. We didn't get an apology, here's a discount for a future order, nothing. All we got and I quote from a manager is "WELL AT LEAST YOU GOT YOUR FOOD", we will never order from marcos pizza again, this is beyond unprofessional and if this Manger does not know how to work with customer service she should not be representing this restaurant.

Came in with a promotional flyer that states “Free Large Pizza with one topping” due to a new movers special. Upon arrival, blonde manager says “i cannot accept because i’ve never seen this flyer before”. That sounds like a communication issue between Marcos and this apartment complex, not the customer. She stated that they can only do mediums “with a flyer” although i had the flyer for large. I asked if she could honor it and with eye rolls, she could not. So then I asked for a medium and she still said no. Being a long time Marcos lover, and new to the area, I was excited that there was one close by, but sadly, I wont be returning.theres no way to message you

Great service, especially from Carla Cruz. Customer experience was top of my. Very professional. Not only was service fast because of her, the pizza was very well prepared.Customer service like Carla's is very difficult to find these days, and they all ask for tips with their substandard service. Carla refused the tip (nobody does that).Thanks Carla
