Waited in the drive-through line for 15 minutes to place I order got up to the speaker waited for five minutes nobody ever came on the same thing Mini screen was having major problems and supposedly they were working on it I highly doubt that

This McDonald's forgot half our order, we ordered 4 hotcakes, but only got 2 of them, we ordered 3 coffees with 6 cream and 6 sugar each, but they gave us black coffees with nothing in them. They also forgot a chocolate milk we ordered. To fix the coffees they gave us cream and sugar for us to fix the coffee ourselves. The service here is very bad, it seems like this happens very often and they know this, they were not surprised when we said we had items missing in our order.

Posted hours indicate open until 1:00am, however the employees decided to close at 12:50am and refused to sell food to the 10+ customers waiting in the drive-thru line. Extremely poor customer service.

Stay Away! One of the worst McDonalds restaurants I’ve been too. The drive thru screens were all damaged, and there was a sign that said the staff would help you with the menu. The employee working the drive thru was rude and did not follow McDonalds policies when working the drive thru portion of the business. Terms like “Yup, Nah, We ain’t got that, I dunno, k, pull up” are not your traditional McDonalds greetings and phrases for excellent customer experience. No please or thank you. The woman working the drive through just did not care to even be there. After taking my order in the drive through, we waited over 15 minutes for our food. The National average is less than 5 minutes, so something is seriously wrong. The food was horrible and the fries were not cooked fully and were all whitish yellow. Having personally worked at a McDonalds myself, this is 100% a lack of management and general/regional management. This location has over 8 million visitors in the area every year, there is no reason it should be this bad. This franchise location should be shut down until the issues are identified and corrected. There is no reason the screens should be broken in your drive thru. It’s the face of the restaurant for more than three quarters of your customers, and is how a customer chooses the food they want to order. It should be your primary focus to have fixed. The fries should be cooked per the franchise instructions and if the staff you hire can not handle proper drive thru educate, than put them in the back working the grill or fry machines, not the drive thru windows.

McDonald's will **** you at the drive thru. Not even crowded and still can't get order right. Picked up breakfast on the way to work. Can leave work to return wrong sandwiches. I asked for 2 original chicken biscuit. Have they changed there sandwiches. I received one type of chicken and a sausage biscuit with egg. Are they adding more salt the foods. Stay away from this one.

So it was the second McDonald's i went to because the other one was so crowded the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Low and behold this McDonald's was just as busy. It took me about 10-15 minutes just to get up to the talk box and when i got there no one said anything. So i waited... and waited. I watched 3 cars come and go in lane 1 but still no one said "I'll be right with you" or anything. The cars behind me started to honk so i pulled up to the first window which took another 10 minutes. Then when i explained what happened the kid in the window told me "in the future just wait longer if no one says anything." Wait longer?? This is fast food and it's already taken me 20 minutes to get to this point. Find another McDonald's because this one isn't it.

Are you hungry after getting off from a very long shift and are just looking for some basic fast food? Yeah, me too. Too bad I waited in the drive thru line for over an hour ( because the inside was just as crowded ) in a 2 lane drive thru, where I was turned away right when I got to the speaker. Keep in mind I got to the speaker around 11:45 and was told that the car who had essentially skipped the line by cutting through the parking lot and through cars to get to the second drive thru lane would be the very last order of the night. I've worked in the food industry, I completely understand wanting to get done early and clean up and go home. But when a business, especially a McDonald's in Orlando of all places, advertises that it's open until 1 am, then I believe orders should be taken at least until 12:30-12:45. Or have someone come out and put a cone in the drive thru to signal the last car before making people wait an hour. There was a million different ways that could have been avoided or handled. Not to mention, after waiting that long, yes, were slightly frustrated and responded with " Are you being serious? " to which the employee over the speaker replied " Oh I'm very serious. " All in all just a terrible and aggravating experience.

I really don't have anything good to say about this place. It I'd the slowest McDonald's that I've ever been to. It took them over 10 minutes to prepare a coffee.

Would give zero stars if possible. No one cares in this location. You must order via a kiosk. They will not take your order at the counter. They then also did not fulfill my order correctly, no sauce for the nuggets, wrong toy for the happy meal and it took entirely too long for a happy meal and 1 additional meal considering the number of people that were "working". Do not recommend this location.

Happened to stop with the kids twice while in the area. First time we order 2@$6 specials. They indicate there wasn't any. It did ring up on the bill so no problem. Went through the drive thru another evening. They forget to give us our (2) happy meals. Tell us to pull up and they would bring to us. 3 more cars pass us by. I go to the window and still no happy meals. I don't know if the place has really bad service, or since there is a problem hiring everywhere all these people are new, but someone needs to give these people more training. It's a McDonald's, food was standard for this establishment.

We sat in the drive thru for 30 mins because we were blocked in and couldn't leave. We finally called and asked if they were aware people were in the drive thru and they said yes, but the manager told them to stop taking drive thru orders. Ummm, seriously? How hard would to have been to notify those in the drive thru lane? Incredibly inconsiderate.

Lady at the drive through window 8/15/21 at 8pm refused to try to scan my rewards told me invalid code when it was a scan code. Didn't even attempt to use the scanner & didn't even look at my phone close enough read a "code" .. Also took our order of two items wrong... TWO.. Pathetic rude non friendly service.

Worst attitudes we have ever seen in a McDonald's. Food was not fresh. My breakfast buiscuit was hard as a rock. Asking for extra sauce seemed to be a huge task for them. We were charged wrong, their mistake, the manager made it seem like it was our fault. Didn't want to fix the problem. After getting everything sorted. We still had to stop in the parking lot to get more condiments because it wasn't provided. Someone even uttered that they wished that they hadn't came into work that day. No one seemed happy to be there.
