I could have sent the kids in there and they probably could have ran the place better. Try to get an explanation from the staff, only to be met with "no hablo ingles". First and last visit. Avoid at all costs.

This was a horrible experience! I understand that there can be a morning rush, but how do you make a whole meal incomplete. I literally witnessed a customer have only a piece of cheese on just half a biscuit after having to wait over 30 minutes for her meal.

They need more employees!! Stop putting people under this pressure, I feel bad for them because it shows that they are doing what they can running around sweating. I waited 25min for one quarter (no fries) and a medium ice coffee. Upper management, read the reviews and react to it!!

Food has never been wrong, always decent. Bacon is usually undercooked a bit. However they do have an issue with throwing people into parking spots and then taking 10 minutes to bring out the one item that wasn't ready. It's due to choosing ticket times but do the job right instead of faking it.

Did an online pickup order and it was incorrect and wait time was much longer than expected. I've contacted McDonald's to see what can be done about my order discrepancy. Location needs to be cleaned and parking lot too. Not the safest location, watch your surroundings.

Come on McDonald’s. 12 minutes to get 2 shakes and fries. Mobile pick up is a joke. I go in to ask and was told oh he was changing the syrup. On a shamrock shake that just came out a few days ago. No apology at all. This location should lose their franchise as service is always horrible if you anytime outside of breakfast.
Bad service, I have come on several occasions and it gets worse every time, I don't come anymore, the bathroom is rotten, the food is bad and they take too long, the people are not good people, they have always given me food in a way that I don't want it, they don't give it.
Recommended dishes: Fries, Premium Roast Coffee, Quarter Pounder with Cheese Burger, Cheeseburger, Big Mac

This may be the cheapest McDonald's in the area, but the service can often be rather slow. I will say it has gotten better, but in particular the drive thru seems to often struggle. I would recommend picking up your food inside if you're looking to get your food faster. As for the food itself, it meets the expectations of an average McDonald's.
