My recent experience at McDonald's was disappointing, especially after midnight.The staff seemed lazy and uninterested in making menu items, often using the excuse that their equipment was turned off.On my last visit, the McChicken sandwiches were sloppily assembled and the fries were old and stale.The daytime drive-thru is good. They give you what you order and don't sound annoyed or sassy when speaking with you.Parking: Many spots.Kid-friendliness: No strange characters or homeless people.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances are wheelchair accessible.

I ordered a happy meal with plain cheeseburger just cheese for my daughther and they gave it to me with ketchup nuggets was cold and not fresh and french fries were cold
After years and it took them 1 hour with my order, disorganization. All bad bad bad terrible. The order after an hour they give you what it is not. If I could test negative 1,000 I would. God how irresponsible

I'm tired of the absolute lack of customer service anymore. My daughter and I went to this McDonald's to dine in. We ordered on their tablets and included with our order was ranch dipping sauce &BBQ sauce. When our order was taken to our table we recieved no sauce. My daughter politely went up to the counter and asked for the sauce we ordered. The employee told my daughter if it's not paid for then they couldn't give her the sauce. My daughter came back to the table and grabbed our receipt which clearly showed we ordered the sauce and they still denied her. I then went up there and asked the manager for our sauce. She told me I had to pay for it. I showed her our receipt and she said the ordering table dosent charge for the sauce and I needed to pay. I explained to her that they needed to fix the system then and it wasn't my fault as I ordered it on the tablet. She did jot comment further and turned around to continue working. I then said that she had no customer service and just to charge me for the sauce I ordered. All this for .43 cents which I paid for sauce. What happened to customer service?
