Whoever the girls are that were working at 7:40 on August 10, 2021 should not be working with the public. Absolutely rude. When we asked if they did Disney cast member discounts not only did she not answer after asked twice but when I asked the third time she replied “yes, yes, yes”…… what a disgrace.

I ordered 7 ice creams through door dash and only 4 came. I am highly disappointed and now the phone is off the hook so I can’t even complain. My kids are not happy. Do better next time

2 stars because in the past we've had a great experience. Today we went because Florida decided 91° weather is ok The door sign says they're open at 1pm, the Google info says 2:30 and it's in fact 2:40 and it's absolutely closed.... Very disappointed!

Tons of toppings, pretty COVID aware asking everyone to sanitize hands. They had hot, fudge, marshmallow, chocolate shell, and tons of toppings. Can't go wrong

I have not said anything the last 2 times I came at 8:45pm or left the place around that time and saw the staff closing with a sign “be back in 10” which means they close a little before 9pm so they don’t have to work any second after 9pm.This is absolutely bad customer service. The website says close at 9pm and that is what we expect. I came over today and guess what, closed at 8:45pm and saw another 12 people (a couple, a party of 4 and another party of 3 and 2 and so in).I wonder if the manager knows what’s going on. If you guys know, do the courtesy of updating the closing time to 8:45pm so we don’t miss our time anymore. Really upsetting.I Love Menchies but this location is doing the brand a disfavor.

Would Give a ZERO if i could.My family and I arrived at 8:40 to buy Menchie’s, with the knowledge that the restaurant closed at 9. Us and three other families looked inside and saw that the sign said “we are open.” As we attempted to open the door, we found it to be locked and the employee cleaning up and ignoring us. The door was locked and one of the families near us said it was the third time this employee had closed up almost half an hour before the official time to clean up so they could leave prematurely. This is a ridiculous act and has seriously tarnished my impression of this establishment for their clear lack of interest in employee responsibility. Menchies is great but this place is pathetic. I am on vacation and have tried to goto this location 2 times. The first time there was a sign saying it was closed. Last night, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed until 6 (we were there at 5:30). Don’t go here. Go down the street to Twistee Treats. They are always open.

Not enough flavors at this location. The worst day they were down to only 2 flavors that I liked. They rarely have a new flavor. Oh and it’s extremely expensive. My wife and I spend $18 each time we go, if we went for one month we’d have spent $540. This is an expensive habit.

I personally don’t think $30 is worth it for 3 frozen yogurts. Plus the person working today wasn’t all the happy to see any customers and was quite rude. I wouldn’t come here again.
