I went to the diner a couple of weeks go for my favorite Shrimp & Grits. The presentation was changed. I am the few to agree than disagree.I addressed my concerns with other issues I encountered with Manager Valerie F. via phone. She contacted me within 24 hours & verified the change of my dish.Customer service of this magnitude is rare. Keep up the good work, & I will not think about the waffles when in church on Sunday..'God Forgive Me'.☺️ ??.

From the moment we walked in and was greeted to the moment we left, the service was spectacular! I give this restaurant 5 stars for being clean, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and providing great customer service with a smile!I believe my server name was Kristy or kerstin?We came Sunday April 29th around the 10AM and sat in the booth near the host stand.She has tattoos on her neck!Please give her a shout out for us ?We got the chicken & waffles which was SO delicious and fulfilling. We took out extra chicken tenders to go. The chicken was fresh, juicy and tender. Most of all fried crispy without the crisp falling off the chicken!The waffles were fluffy, buttered, sweet and hot in temperature!The Brickell breakfast was more than enough food with pancakes on the side that had to be taken to go as well.The kids platter was more than enough food for the right price on everything we ordered!Our food was delicious. If you’re looking for a diner that will have pretty much everything you crave, this is it! We will be back!Parking: Plenty of spaces for parking. People were coming and going which made it convenient to park close to the door as well.Kid-friendliness: There were several booths for families to dine in, which is great when you have kids to look after. It’s better than them sitting in single chairs.
