Leaving a five star, but leaving an honest review of their food. I lived in Osaka for 6 years and had the best of the best, so I am a bit spoiled. The tonkotsu broth and the soy sauce broth for the ramen is pretty flavorless and salty. Tastes like the beef cubes you get at Publix. The noodles are flavorless too. not handmade or craft made. A bit flat and they soak up broth too easily and become mush. The chashyu tastes like it has been frozen before. Maybe I am wrong. The tako yaki tastes good. The batter is slightly off, but very good overall. The gyoza is alright.Overall I'm not expecting Osaka quality, but they did great with what they had.Happy with the experience.

This is one of the best Boba places in the Orlando/Kissimmee area! You will not be disappointed if you go here, their honey garlic chicken wings are amazing and their cheese wontons. You do not have to go all the way to the Florida mall for some Boba, this place is just as good! Their service is amazing and the whole vibe is just good, and its nice that they offer voucher cards.

The food tastes great but I didn't expect to eat my noodles soup in a plastic container and plastic spoon for dining in. Felt cheap.

The service was excellent, and my Grapefruit Tea was delicious and refreshing on a very hot day. I will definitely be back to try other flavors and varieties of tea.

As a remen lover, I have high standats when it comes to Tonkotsu ramen. I have tried many ramen places including in NY and LA. The pork belly in the ramen was delicious and the egg was perfectly cooked, however, the broth was missing the pork flavor that makes this type of ramen delicious. They added a big piece of seaweed and it gaved this ramen a more fishy taste rather than the traditional pork flavor. We also ordered the dumplings and they were good. My favorite part was the milk tea, the cantaloupe flavor was delicious. I will definitely will return for the tea, for the ramen.... I will pass.

I go here on a regular basis. However, even when the power went out they still made drinks with the resources that were still available and fresh! It was amazing; and they are always friendly to everyone who comes in! I definitely recommend this place!

Orlando, FL. Catering to the trendy crowd they offer only iced drinks and currently popular hot Asian food: 4 kinds of ramen, takoyaki (octopus battered and deep fried like doughnuts—here they are not drizzled with sauce, the sauce comes on the side), steamed chicken dumplings, sweet potato cheese fries, mozzarella sticks. They offer milk teas and boba drinks with added cost for popping boba and jellies.I tried the coffee milk tea and it wasn’t to my taste. It didn’t taste like coffee, it didn’t taste like black tea either. It had that Thai black tapioca pearl flavor. At least they tailored the sugar down to 25% per my request. You have the option of ordering at a kiosk or at the counter. When I asked if they carry Stevia I was informed they only do sugar and I should hit the no-sugar button.Service was efficient, accurate but unsmiling today (9/21, 4:30 pm). No welcome. Music was a mix of current Latin and American pop hits. Nice atmosphere. Clientele was diverse across demographic and age, that was nice to see.

Visited Milk Tea Cafe for the first time and enjoyed my experience! The location is nice and modern, very open. It's a place you can go with friends and family or a date! You can order at the register or at the kiosk. I ordered a passionfruit and mango tea, and my partner ordered a green apple tea with mango boba. The fruit teas are $4.50 plus $.50 cents for boba or any additional customizations. Both drinks were good! Was just your typical fruit tea, nothing that floored me. I am definitely going to try their milk tea on my next visit.
