I stop in at least once a week or more. But some of the recent bar staff don’t know how to pour a stout beer. On slow days it seems like they want to pour as fast as they can. Even if the instructions are on the tap. I am not in a hurry if I order a stout. Very disappointed.

Don't go there unless you like to be treated with indifference. Place is half empty and they still make you wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. Food has gone downhill since they opened. It's a shame, other locations have been so great; but this one probably won't last too long unless they make some drastic changes.

The worst ale house in central Florida. The food is extremely bland. I come here for convenience if I absolutely have to but if I were management, I would highly re-evaluate how your food is getting cooked and the seasonings. I paid $18 for a chicken Parmesan that I had to season on the table and still couldn’t finish. I’d rather go to Chilis.

Nothing worse than going into a place that’s half empty and being ignored. Ordered an appetizer had a nice piece of hair in it and of course they were kind enough to tell me well. We’re sorry about that but we will not charge you for that I said which one the hair or the food? Needless to say, I was very dissatisfied with the entire experience. I will never go back again.

This restaurant has issues, and yet it is brand new. The section with the garage doors is like a meat locker. It was so cold that my family vibrated thru the entire meal. This is the second time that we have had this issue. It makes the meal not enjoyable. This time, though, the food was also cold, which just made things worse. I know keeping the temp down makes people eat and leave, but this is ridiculous. Will probably not return to this location, Hunter's Creek is much better. Sad that a new restaurant can't manage to install an A/C unit that actually works for the space. You need new engineers.
Dee was an amazing server. She was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding!! Edgar the manager was superb, he checked in with the table a few times to ensure great service!!! I will recommend it here to all of my family and friends!! Excited to come back..
I come here every week mostly because Skyler is so fun and gives the best service !! He is so attentive and we have a great time!!

We usually love this chain restaurant. This was our first time at this location. We had a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was under cooked and did not have a good sear on it. We ordered it Medium and it was pretty rare. The fries were hot which we appreciated but limp.There’s nothing better than a good burger with a nice hot sear and crispy hot fries. Unfortunately this location lacked in the food department.We loved sitting outdoors and the service was great!

Our server, Devin, was awesome! She was extremely busy yet made all her tables feel well looked after. Great job! The food was good, and the atmosphere was ok until they turned the basketball game volume up so loud the squeaking sneakers of the players was extremely annoying.
