It was truly a great experience. These people love their restaurant and food and the energy is unmatchable. The food could use a little more flavor but the service has me coming back!

I honestly did not like the food here, I had empanada, and morcilla (blood sausage) and did not taste good at all, nice to LOOK AT but I feel as if I wasted my money, if I ever go back I might get something else on the menu but I’m not to excited about honestly!!! So in other words I felt as if I wasted my money and the Food sucked!!!I’m BORICUA and I’m from Brooklyn New York, but I was deeply disappointed

Cuban Mojitos Coconut flavored was great. Beyond that food was not so great. Edible but missed a lot of seasonings for Puerto Rican flavors. Maybe PR dishes but not the flavor. Disappointing considering world of food trucks was across the way and could’ve just grabbed something better from there. Kid’s didn’t even like their favorite dish, Worst $70 spent.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! they will not answer phone drove all the way to the location to order food to go and was rudely told they were closed one hour before the time listed online I then asked how they are closed if it’s not 11 and a very rude man walked up and told me they closed cu they are full while there’s multiple tables open I asked to order food to go and he said we are too busy Thats it and walked Away and left me standing at the door extremely poor customer service I asked why they don’t answer the phone and no answer do not come here unless you want to be treated bad by a restaurant that makes up their own rules and treats customers poorly

BEST PUERTO RICAN FOOD IN FLORIDA HANDS DOWNNNN.. and YES even BETTER than the food trucks when it comes to PUERTO RICAN FOOD. Service is IMPECCABLE. prices are GREAT “ My Opinion “ for the amount of food and flavors you get. BE PATIENT. Everything is made FRESH. If you don’t want FRESH than I suggest the food trucks. rice and beans with Pernil , their Pinchos , tostones OMG. EVERYTHING is delicious and flavors will put you on your @$$. If you have patience EAT HERE. it will shutdown any restaurant in O town or food trucks when it comes to PUERTO RICAN FOOD. Grateful for this family own restaurant to be in KISSIMMEE location. Great people, Great food and great service.

If your looking for that genuine Puerto Rican cuisine and atmosphere then this is the place to go. The food was amazing, so good my 2 boys placed 2nd orders. The owners are a gem, the wife is a doll super friendly and personable the husband obviously a great cook ?!! If your in town and craving some real Hispanic food this is your stop!

Warm and very welcoming. I had given up finding flavorful, authentic Puerto Rican cuisine having experienced eating from food trucks and PR restaurants which left me disappointed as they were lacking in both. But at Monty’s I found a real gem! Truly flavorful alcapurrias, you know the kind where you can taste the freshness of the guineos and platanos and the meat filling taste of real fresh seasoning (sofrito) not that adobo powder. The mofongo was moist and sooo tasty with fresh garlic in olive oil (not the usual gmo corn oil being used these days) and oh so crunchy chicharrones. The flan was decadently mouthwatering , real home made Puerto Rican deliciousness. My compliments to the ?‍? chef!!!!

The people were nice and said they are from New York. It’s a cute little place with so much potential. The food was way over priced . Sides are $3. And small. Your meal comes with NO SIDES other than the smallest salad in the world. You can’t even get free water when eating here nor refillable fountain drinks. $1.50 for a bottle of water when sitting to eat inside. Froggers, Flippers pizza, Nathan’s, and other yummy spots to go to at Old Town! If you want Puerto Rican, Cuban, or Mexican food go across the street to all the food trucks. Delicious foods. They open around noon.
