Very disappointed in our dinner tonight. We made a reservation still had to wait 15 min for a table which was fine fire me but may not be for others. Our server Ruben was very nice and tried his best. His took my daughter’s allergy seriously. I appreciate Ruben. We ordered the whole snapper and it was just fine. All the sides came out cold. We asked for new sides they were warm. Besides being cold the Lobster Mac and cheese was not good. We ordered margaritas they were beautiful but only taste like sour mix. Ruben could see we were disappointed and tried to make us happy with a dessert but that just led to more time of having to be there with mediocre food. We had to wait for a very long to have the drinks removed from our check. Thank you Ruben for working so hard. It’s sad that management never came out and spoke to us.

Beautiful atmosphere, such a beautiful restaurant in the heart of the hotel. We had a private room which was wonderful for our group and we were able to talk and tell story’s without distraction. The food was decent - not many options for land lovers but for fish people this was a great place.

The food was delicious, i had seared scallops and grouper. A little pricey for the amount of food but that's kinda expected with seafood. The brioche bread was so good! The server was amazing and very attentive, but it did take an hour to get our food. Everything else was really nice.

We ate on a boat! Good food and service too!Very friendly service (that will try to upsale their fancier dishes). Desserts are grand in design and in taste. Fish dishes are all fantastic.

Reception was lovely. They gave us a great seating with a lovely view . Our server took a while to show up .order drinks they came with in 10 minutes. Order sea food tower excellent really enjoyed. Looked for waiter for second drink finally flagged him down . Finished food looking for waiter to clear table to have a magicalDesert . He cleaned half the table . I really love leaving 25 percentage for tip for magical services. I think he thought he was a good server. I blame mangers for not teaching what good service is. I still gave him 25 percent. My fault he is terrible server. Great locationPlus other staff was good .I go again .

Beautiful looking restaurant sitting on the boat. Service was good and waiter was attentive. Had the appetizer with the cheese and jam and a salad which was good. The short rib dish was very good. However, for it to be called seafood restaurant, the seafood should not make you sick. My boyfriend got the stew and was up all night on the toilet. Not fun for a hotel stay.

a seafood restaurant that offers very limited seafood options...go figure!? We only had the shrimp and calamari appetizer. The entire dish was dripping wet with oil. Absolutely disgusting.

If you are in Orlando and are looking for a great experience with amazing food and atmosphere then this is the place to check out. It is located inside the Gaylord Palms resort. We started with the Southern starter, which I highly recommend. The smoked fish dip and pimento cheese spread were absolutely amazing. Also had the crispy rock shrimp and calamari. Even though MOOR specializes in fresh local seafood I decided to go with a steak and it blew my mind. It was incredibly tender and cooked absolutely perfect. The flavors and seasoning all came together perfect. The chefs do an amazing job there and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for an awesome experience.
