waited for my food for about 20 minutes. for two simple burgers and a drink was around 45$. which is crazy because when I got the food it was cold and the bacon was stale. will never be coming back her ever again and will be talking tit he manager about this. the people here seemed very rushed and not very attentive.

Great Place to bring family. Nice variety of little shops, food and fun sights. Park can get a little pricey but there is a lot of other activities there to fill your day. Car shows on weekends are free and they usually have a really nice line up of vehicles. Everyti.e we are in Orlando we make a day in Old Town!
Terrible attention from Jessi. It doesn't make sense if I'm going to buy 3 balls, they only let me try two flavors per person... I understand if someone tries too much and doesn't buy anything... I understand. But in my case I only tried it once and she told me that it could only be done twice per person. Also, if I'm going to buy 3 scoops and I want each one to have a different flavor, for the price of that ice cream, I think it's the least I deserve because they're not giving it to me, I'm paying for it...My husband wanted to buy and for that reason he told me that he preferred not to buy anything...be careful!!!....

I'm typically a fan of A&W but today changed that for ever, and especially at the Old Town Kissimmee location. We ordered and I was shocked that one meal with a drink was $20?!?!?. Really? Insane. After placing my order the staff seemed overwhelmed but the restaurant was absolutely empty. They told me to wait for the chicken tenders which would take about 10-15 minutes (no problem because then they'll be fresh), however?? When I got my hot chicken the fries were cold, and tasted stale. The fresh chicken tenders tasted horrible, and were so salty I could only eat three tenders and then I gave up. NEVER AGAIN!! I will never return and I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.

The food was amazingly put together and overall great. The workers were clean and well groomed. I feel like if it came to it one of employees would risk their life for me if the opportunity ever came. I have never felt safer in a fast food restaurant other than here. It truly is a safe place.
