I placed an order online when I picked it up they told me it wasn't there and they went to serve someone else and I waited for them to deliver my order I showed him my order and he had an attitude my husband placed his order separately and his was ready and The Asian woman with an attitude raised it for me but look at mine she barely gave me food and my husband's with a good portion I do not recommend this place

Food as always is great!!!? But the lady that took my order appears pissed off that I ordered food and made her do some work! Customer service score AWFUL! I felt like she was going to yell at me as she rolled her eyes and snapped her teeth at me. I would rather eat mediocre food with great customer service then Amazing food with poor customer service! This is a reminder why I don't come to panda express!. And wearing a mask with your nose hanging out is Nasty!

This Asian lady who works there is always annoying when we pull down the sun shades, she always tries to put them up and we tell her no not till we leave. I don't understand why she's so bothered by it if they were the ones who put them in restaurant so when sun bothers the people we can pull it down.
