This location doesn't exist anymore. Please remove. Itnis now a korean bbq. I had a long drive, my partner wasn't feeling good and wanted a chicken noodle soup. Had to find another place.

This was a terrible experience. The store was adequately staffed with people doing nothing. They tried to convince me that two pieces of bread was my bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. They charged us for yogurt that they didn’t have. Staff was mumbling behind masks and plexiglass…very hard to understand since I am hearing impaired. The restroom was down to only one toilet that was in service. Think long and hard before you stop here.

Had a great experience here yesterday morning. The cashier was efficient. And Jenni helped us with slicing our loaves of bread and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

I was given a pager that did not go off. I went up to the counter after 10 minutes to find cold soup. "I called your name" the girl said. After I asked for warm soup, I was directed to the microwave. I had to get back in line to inquire about missing muffin, to find they had sold out (after I paid for them). I asked where my missing cappuccino was and the girl pointed me to yet another counter, where I retrieved my Luke warm cappuccino.

This is really a one star review but because customer service was polite, I’ll give them that. I don’t visit Panera much often but when I do, I’ve always loved it. Today was absurdly the opposite. Ordered the pick 2 of broccoli and cheddar soup and a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich(half). This piece of bread was the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen, had no chicken in it and one slice of avocado. I was so disappointed, I just asked for a refund. I regret not taking a picture, so order at your own risk. The ice machine was also not working(no sign) and no straws out. My mothers Mac n cheese was also watery. Quality has really gone down from previous visits.

Everything is good but the staffing were is the manager lines out the door.
Cold soup. Ordered a full size bowl they filled it up more like a cup...Coffee taste like water.Sandwich was soggy and bland.They were our of items and didn't notify us till our orders were made.Staff was rude and unapologetic. I understand they are young but still. Just not worth the trip. Overpriced for the quality.

Dirty floors, dirty tables, ordered sandwiches and soup that was supposed to come with chips. Got half filled bowl of cold soup, half filled sandwiches and a apple and piece of bread to replace the chips they failed to mention they were out of. A hair on the replacement bread. When I pointed out that one of the bowls of soup was half full they told me that they would only give me one more spoonful.This place is trash and the teenagers that work there couldnt care less. Try this place if you haven't eaten in days and this is the first place you happen to be able to crawl into. No hello, no thank you and definitely zero F's given by the staff here.

I have to start by saying that this Panera has the best manager ever!!!! He is the most caring and polite manager I have seen.. I visit this location quite often and every single time I see him with a smile.. asking people if they need anything.. here there and everywhere. Their service is always great and fast and food is yummy

Horrible service this evening. Ordered a Chipotle chicken melt, ceasar salad and drink. Salad barely had any dressing and what happened to the complimentary chips? And the customer service was terrible. Very rude. I'll never come back to this location. First impressions mean everything. I'm done.
